    Goal:170 cm
    Day 1:✅ I did this workout with 2 other workouts but I didn’t grow any cm taller but it’s ok since it only day 1! And I don’t THINK my stomach got any flatter
    Day2:✅Omg when i woke up today I got some centimeters tall!!!! I can’t believe it!!!! Yay ❤ the stomach didn’t get any flatter tho ! I need to get on a good diet !! Remind me by liking my comment
    Day 3:❌I was very very tired but Atleast I did one workout, I will workout on day 4 I swear pinky promise. But anyways I am the same height as yesterday so I think it’s kinda working?

    I have been doing your workouts regularly and at first it showed a lot of improvement and i could see soo much changes in body.But for sometime i couldn't continue my workout for some reason but i came back to do it again.

    Hii. I have a really weird poping/ ckracking sound in my upper inner thighs every time I'm streching it out and just wanted to ask if anybody here knows what causes it and how I can get rid of it, because it's really annoying when there are excirsises where you have to strech it and sometimes, I can't do it because of this popping thing.
