    Hello Masumi I am Faiza from Bangladesh. I am 13 years old.
    I started this exercise on 15th April 2024. A week ago my height was 146 cm . 1 week later when I checked my height I was totally amazed! I grew 3 cm taller!! I can't explain how happy I am. Now my height is 149 cm. My goal height is 167 cm. I did not give up hope.I do this exercise 2 times in a day. Also I follow some rules of increase height. Hope I can be 167 cm one day. Thank you very much Masumi. And everyone should do this exercise.

      I follow some rules to grow tall-
      1.drink enough water
      2.sleep straight
      3.sit straight
      4.drink at least 1 glass of milk everyday
      5.jump rope everyday
      And drink enough water before the exercise

    OMGG, I'm not lying!! I started this exercise from 28 September and 5 October now I grew 1 cm, from 147,7 cm to 148, I'm so happy with the results OH MY GODD😭, by the way I'll come back if I grow to 150cm🧘🏻‍♀️

    I’ve been doing this ever since, I was 5’2 since 19. I started years ago now 5’9. I got really flexible and I noticed I can roundhouse kick, above my friends head. These exercises have many other benefits too. Do it everyday make it a habit.

    BY the way I am pointing out stretching in general not the time of release of this video. Stretching is one of the main components of getting taller. Stretch at least 30 minutes or more a day.

    I’m 27, and I have lost hope that I will grow taller but I started to do this 2weeks ago. I’m surprised that it really works. I grew 2cm. Will do this stretching exercises everyday. Not only it increases height but also correcting my posture. Thanks you for this video 👍

    I'm 12 and 5'2 (157cm) and my goal is 5'4/5'5 by the end of summer break I will keep you guys updated every week .

    Week 1 (dec 14): ok so i only did it once (i'm kinda slack) but i grew half a centimetre from doing it once. I'm now 157.5 (sorry that i wrote this kinda late)

    Your exercises are really effective. I was 4'10 but doing your exercises l am approximately 5'2 ALHAMDULILLAH. Goal is 5'5. I highly recommended it for increasing height .
    Did it for 2 and half week and only in the morning

    I am also one of the short people and I really wanna tell you guys one thing, that being shorter in height is not a wrong thing...
    We all are beautiful..
    I understand how you all feel when you have to face all those tall people and there hateful comments .I understand that pain.
    Even I have gone through all those things.I used to cry everyday in school when I heard things like look at that shorty,this is not a lost child centre and all those so called sarcastic comments.
    There is one thing that I have understand that god might not have blessed me and many people like me with a good height, but he surely have given all of us a good heart which resists to talk wrong about anyone even if they trouble you to your limits.
    Please don't feel hurted because of such comments .You have been blessed with a heart of gold.Cherish it and keep forging towards your goals.

    Result After 2 Weeks:- I grew 2cm😀
    I did it in Morning as well as in Evening.
    And Now, I will update the result After 1 Month✌🏻
    After 1 Month:- I'm 5'0 Feet now ☺️!!!!
    I am gonna stop my exercise, will start doing it again after my exams!
    Edit:- I am 16years now and I am going to start exercising again in few days and will update the result and try to achieve my desired height.

    I'll be trying to do it 2-3 times a day so i hope it workss;)
    Update: I was able to do it everyday on my first week when I started it but I wasn't able to continue as I was busy with preparation of my graduation and for my enrollment this coming school year. If you're wondering if this works i think it does. Although i was only able to do it for about a week i think i gain half an inch taller. Will probably do this again if i have the time.

    I did this exercise 2 times a day and the results are surprisingly amazing. U guys should try it.
    Edit: I reach 2 cm each day by doing this 2 times a day. Trust the process.
    For even better results u can research more about exercises to get taller. U got this guy's ☺☺
    Edit 3 September: I meant to say I grew 2 cm in a day by doing this exercise. BUT I was also doing other exercises to increase my height at the time when I got 2 cm in a day. Sorry for the confusion. Remember other people get or see results quicker than others 😊😊

    I am 16 years old and my height is just 150 cm!!
    I started doing these stretches 5 days ago but yesterday and day before yesterday I couldn't do them coz I had severe soreness in my thighs.. but now I am fit again and I am gonna do these twice daily.. one after I wake up and one before I sleep.. I am hoping to see the results soon as the comments below are very motivating that these stretches actually work!!

    Edit: sorry but being late!! This works.. I grew up by 1 cm in just 7 days.. maybe just 1 cm because I did this workout only once a day.. hopefully If done twice a day better results will be shown!!
