Is there anybody here that knows of any videos that are this easy to follow but just for one rear running motor and the lighting and throttle braking singal lights and horn wiring setup? If anyone can help thank you
Wait, green to blue...hold on now.Green to...let me make sure. One more time, purple to orange or wait...green
Can you set the ODO value? I
The jingbo controllers suck. There is a weird double throttle issue and they are weak at a dig. Installed on a friends and he hates them.
Thanks for the heads up. I’ll stick with the Yunli CC1 controllers. Very pleased with them.
@@Desert-Ecruisingoh also, the last batch of the Ti-30s still had the square wave, but, the controllers had a improperly set LVC. My 4 friends go them when they went to $750 flash sale. All four of them cut off around 54 volts. Once I swapped them out with the sine wave, the range is the same as my first generation Ti-30.
@@maxsinventions8913yep. I had same issue with the stock JP controllers.
I doubt u will message me back but I have the same e-scooter u have but the display don’t come on anymore only left in shed with display disconnect? Any help
Email me and I’ll help you: maikemarx@gmail.com
@@Desert-Ecruising have done thanks sooo much
Where else can the led driver board be plugged into ? If I wanted to add a set of fog lights or something , do you happen to know ?
If you still have your sidelights, taillights, and front running lights all connected, then you would need to splice into any one of them to add new lights. I can give you more specific details if u email me: maikemarx@gmail.com
It tried to shock me
I tired this
Not working
If u need help, email me: maikemarx@gmail.com
Hello how’s it going by any chance do you still have the original one you changed, I’ve been looking around to buy one and couldn’t find one I’ll be willing to buy it!
Do you mean the MS-668 or the one that was used with the stock JP controllers? You can email me: maikemarx@gmail.com
Hey man I just wanted the let you know I got my new controllers installed... Your videos made it very easy to follow along... Do you know if there is a low voltage cutoff on the new controller? Also what kinda range do you normally get from a charge?
No low voltage cutoff setting. To be safe, I would never run it below 52V. Never did a range test. Much depends on speed, weight, terrain etc. Most I’ve gone is about 20 miles and used 50% of the battery. Was riding maybe average of 30mph, including stops and starts.

I just bought the Yunli 60v 45a kit with this display, what do you think about the kit? Is it the best quality-price environment for 60v 2500w motors? I await your response PS: I will use your diagram video to install it. greetings from Chile
I love it. Watch this too: czcams.com/video/iEx_6osTHKM/video.htmlsi=7z6uvC1LtiKzfwBF
I'm looking to replace the rear shock to an air one. Is the size for the rear 125mm? Wasn't sure if it was 125, 150. Couldn't find any info online either lol
Looks to me to be 125mm. Definitely not 150mm. I just measured mounting hole to mounting hole.
Hello , nice info, where do you buy that circuit board for led lights from ? Thanks
I assume you mean the LED driver harness for the tail lights and front running lights. I couldn’t find them on-line but I have one I can give you for $20 to cover shipping. If interested, email me: maikemarx@gmail.com. U could also try to email Laotie at: support@laotie.zone
may I know what's the sizes of the spacers as well as the nylon washers?thank you.
Sorry, I’m not exactly sure. I would just take one of the original ones to a hardware store to compare with what they have. I was unable to find them easily by me so didn’t add any extra’s to my scoot.
You sound like you know whats up.. though i do have one question...for the motor phase cables, u have the green and blue swapped.. mine go from color to color g-g. B-b. Y-y. Should i switch them?
If your motors are turning in the right direction (forward) then leave them as they are. The only reason you would swap the colors is if the motor was turning backwards. It depends on the motor/controller combination. Controllers with a “learn” function like the Yunli Sinewave controllers, will learn the phase wires regardless of how you have them wired, so it wouldn’t even matter in that case.
Need explanation with headlight switch to yunli controllers please
3pin male red/blue/black from switch module to 3 pin Female red/blue/black from scoot harness (Octopus cable). 2pin M green/black to left turn signal. 2pin M brown/black to right turn signal. 2pin M with one yellow(may be red on some scoots) and two black wires goes to one of the 2pin F red/black from the Yunli controller harness.
Hello! Your scooter doesn't cost a lot of money and I really like it for its cheap price and it's great with 2x 60V 3000W motors!! But if you buy a controller with 45A it always says maximum 45A!! The controllers only have a correct output in amps of 222-25A!! Kind regards.
Actually the motors and how much throttle determine the current load. When using both motors and accelerating or going up a steep hill it is without doubt pulling more than 25A, and is closer to the max 45A. If your going very slowly then of course it is pulling far less current.
I have that controller but im having trouble putting it together can you please help me
That brand don't work

Thank goodness I just bought my ds 20 display. I got the yunli controller kit but it came with that ms668 display. The lag is terrible. Ds 20 was a little bit more cash then the other displays. hopefully its worth every penny But ill have to wait a month to find out.
The DS-20 is far better.
Thanks for the video but unfortunately it says not available in my region... Im in the US... I tried searching them manually too but no luck...😢... I found one place that had everything in a kit for $320 tho
Let me look. I got mine through Banggood, but it’s strange they wouldn’t ship to the U.S. I’ll try to contact them.
I just went and added it to the cart, then it showed free shipping from China to Mesa, Az (where I live). Try adding it to your cart. Another thing is I have the Ali-Express app. So it already knows who I am and my address. Try getting the app. and create an account.
Also try going in through: www.ordoospeed.com/ like I show in the video.
@@Desert-Ecruisingi got it to work ... Must have been cuz I didn't have the app... I just ordered it .. I appreciate your help with everything... The tutorial videos are gonna be a lifesaver... Thanks for all the quick responses as well!

i have the same scooter. i’m looking for Steering Damper any idea thanks
At a Quick Look, I don’t see any specifically for the Ti-30. However, mine doesn’t need one, it’s super stable even at the top end, dual motor mode at 50mph. Is yours unstable?
i love the video thank i appreciate you
Wish i got the booklet with mine
Hello. Can you help me connect an alarm on my electric scooter?

Did it come with an alarm module?

Just on or off but are very good at lighting the road at night.
If you buy a display with 6 pins, it works
If you buy a display with 6 pins, it works
Good evening... I bought some controllers like yours, but I don't know how to connect the display wires, I have a 3-pin cable in black, blue and white, another with yellow, red and gray and what I need to connect... I don't have one with 2 white pins and see... when possible reply, thank you
With the Yunli controllers, I originally used the MS-668 display which is compatible with the Yunli controllers, then upgraded to the display/throttle that Yunli made to be used with their controllers (DS-20 throttle/display). I’m not sure if other throttles are compatible with the Yunli controllers.
I'll buy lunch and beer. Hi, I got a 2022 Y-11 , 6000w with stock Yunli controllers from ordoospeed, I don't think they are sinewave,, anyway with the TF-100 Throttle display. The first throttle failed about a month ago ,I noticed the screen getting digitally blank, like a whiteout and 15 to 20 minutes later it's dead. Scooter dead but damn alarm still squawks. I got a new TF-100 throttle/display and installed yesterday. Of Course, nothing. I deleted the squawk box as per your instruction, Orange to red, anyways what would you do next ? Me, 25+ year electrician so that helps a little. Very little. I ride them hard but keep up on things I break, also have same year Y-10 or I would have posted a month ago. Funner than all hell these things, well you know that.. I am 80% off-road, cars will hurt you. WWYD WSID ? Really, lobster tacos and cold beers of your choice..!!! Thanks for any info.
I like that DS 20, probably go that route. Also, there may have been a little moisture in that battery box. Battery is fine, how to check controllers with no electronic output. I have FLUKE 376, multimeters , etc.
@michaelanderson1798 Hi, the Yunli DS-20 paired with the Yunli CC1 Sinewave controllers is the best setup I have found. So you’re not able to get your tf-100 display to turn on? I’ve only ever had the DS-20 and previously the MS668 displays in use with my Yunli CC1 controllers. I do have a couple spare MS668 displays that I know work. I know of no way to verify the controllers without powering them up but if you want you can email me and I’ll try and help you troubleshoot it. A simple but somewhat costly ($185) solution would be to buy the kit from Yunli (ordoodpeed on Ali-Express) and you’d get the newest CC1 controllers along with the DS-20 display with the display cable. That should solve all problems and make the scoot run phenomenal.
@michaelanderson1798 see my reply to your other comment.
😢 I’m in need of your help again. My Q1 hummer, no power to the throttle but all lights work, working horn & functioning alarm. What do you think the problem & hopefully the solution might be?
Email me: maikemarx@gmail.com
The issue is gonna be in those 3 pin connectors. They typically work through selves loose. To make matters worse, whoever manufactures this harness, they use super glue to hold the wires in the the issue you have. There is obviously moisture and and batteries crude, so my advice remove the connectors and solder One at a time, so you do not get confused.
Have you tried the exa 291r?
Nope.
I had the same problem but worse, I have changed the LCD display, 2 controllers and alarm system and still running in the same issue where I am able to ride it only for less than half a mile then it shuts down dead and it is stuck on dual motor, I can't do anything accept fix the wires!
If you’ve replaced the controllers and display and it shuts down after a mile, it must be the battery unfortunately.
Hi,i have these controllers and im having a hard time with the display.i cant aford the ds-20 amd all i have ac BC access to is the 6 pin TF-100.CANT I JUST MAKE SURE THE WIRES ARE RUNNING TO THE RIGHT PADS ISIDE THE DISPLAY AMD BE OK?FROM WHAT I CAN FIND YOU CAN USE THE 6 PIN JUST HAVE TO PUT A 5 PIN ON IT.DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THST?
Not sure about that. Mine originally came with a 5 pin MS668 display which does work with these controllers.
Where did you buy this turn signals ?
Amazon several years ago. Don’t see them anymore but there are several similar ones. Search for “bike turn signals”.
How is the rim and motor linked? Because I cracked my rim ring? Essentially that's all that needs replaced. I can't figure out how to separate them. The rim/ring The motor is fine. Just need that ring replaced
Where did you buy the front and back lights and is there a way to install those instead of the ones that came with the scooter? I would need to know where to plug them in? You also just set your P setting for the power to 100% or less for it to hit 50mph? I'm light so don't know if I need to set it to 100 for it to go 50mph was thinking 90 to 95% for the power.
Once you get used to 3rd gear and deul moters at its most powerful settings to you will not want slower speeds, i ride nearly every day and you will get very proficient at throttling & braking the brakes are touchy on most all of the high speed scooters so be careful at all times, as well people are not looking for a small vehicle i have beed nearly hit many times now there are idiots everywhere be safe body armor and a helmet is essential have fun i do!!
How can I dm you ?
