    At 9 min you showed to leave that wire disconnected in order to bypass Eco and stay in Turbo all the time. Whats your thoughts on this: I have the same scooter and normally leave it in Turbo all the time. I accidentally bumped the Turbo button this summer when moving the scooter around in the garage which turned Turbo Off. The next day, I pulled it out to go for a ride and it would not Move. Full charged battery, on/off I tried everything and couldn't figure it out for some time. It worked when I pulled it in the night before but would not work in the morning. After a while, I pressed the Turbo button and it would move again. That surprised me. I contacted them and they said my rear controller need replacing. My scooter is only like 6 months old and something burned out the rear controller. If I had not bumped/turned off the turbo I would not have known the rear controller was burnt out.
    If you bypass your Turbo, I don't think you will know if your rear controller burns out, will you?
    I now have a rear controller I need to put in because if I turn Turbo off, it wont move.

    • @Desert-Ecruising
      @Desert-Ecruising  Před 4 měsíci

      The rear controller runs the rear motor. The front controller runs the front motor. So if the rear controller burned out, the rear motor would not work. Put the scoot on a stool or something to get both wheels off the ground and test it that way. If you need help troubleshooting, you can email me at: maikemarx@gmail.com

      Even Laotie has put the Sinewaves back into the new LB2, those SquareWaves are junk. both my QuickWheels (5600-6000 watt) come with the SineWaves and they are fast. modes 1,2 and 3 are all noticeable. I bought 2 LBs when they went on sale mostly for those big (21700 batteries) but sold one for a($300 profit). The other one will be modded sometime in March with the SineWave Controllers.

    • @Desert-Ecruising
      @Desert-Ecruising  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Of course not. The original is a 6 pin throttle. The new controllers use a 5 pin throttle. Again, just follow the videos. Not sure why u want to go off and do different things.

    • @Desert-Ecruising
      @Desert-Ecruising  Před 5 měsíci +1

      @MissHitAllTheTime I assume you got the MS668 throttle with the controllers. I used that at first and it’s ok but it surges forward if you are just trying to give it a little throttle which is why I didn’t like it. Another viewer commented that he got a QS-S4 (5 pin version) to use with the Yunli controllers and said it is nice and smooth. Regardless, the Yunli controllers with the MS-668 throttle is still far better than what the scoot came with.

      You could wire the phase wires so all colors match (Y to Y, B to B, G to G). Or you could simply use the learn function as I show in the first video starting at the 9:10 mark: czcams.com/video/nVbxYaVWYAk/video.htmlsi=S8dkl6sy5D59X4rQ

      does it matter which wires i start with like they have the hall sensor,, the power, brake cable, turn signal wires, etc...or i can just start with the phase wires first??? also, both controllers says a/b so how do i know which one is for the rear and front???@@Desert-Ecruising

      With the Yunli controllers, I originally used the MS-668 display which is compatible with the Yunli controllers, then upgraded to the display/throttle that Yunli made to be used with their controllers (DS-20 throttle/display). I’m not sure if other throttles are compatible with the Yunli controllers.

      I'll buy lunch and beer. Hi, I got a 2022 Y-11 , 6000w with stock Yunli controllers from ordoospeed, I don't think they are sinewave,, anyway with the TF-100 Throttle display. The first throttle failed about a month ago ,I noticed the screen getting digitally blank, like a whiteout and 15 to 20 minutes later it's dead. Scooter dead but damn alarm still squawks. I got a new TF-100 throttle/display and installed yesterday. Of Course, nothing. I deleted the squawk box as per your instruction, Orange to red, anyways what would you do next ? Me, 25+ year electrician so that helps a little. Very little. I ride them hard but keep up on things I break, also have same year Y-10 or I would have posted a month ago. Funner than all hell these things, well you know that.. I am 80% off-road, cars will hurt you. WWYD WSID ? Really, lobster tacos and cold beers of your choice..!!! Thanks for any info.

      I like that DS 20, probably go that route. Also, there may have been a little moisture in that battery box. Battery is fine, how to check controllers with no electronic output. I have FLUKE 376, multimeters , etc.

    • @Desert-Ecruising
      @Desert-Ecruising  Před 15 dny

      @michaelanderson1798 Hi, the Yunli DS-20 paired with the Yunli CC1 Sinewave controllers is the best setup I have found. So you’re not able to get your tf-100 display to turn on? I’ve only ever had the DS-20 and previously the MS668 displays in use with my Yunli CC1 controllers. I do have a couple spare MS668 displays that I know work. I know of no way to verify the controllers without powering them up but if you want you can email me and I’ll try and help you troubleshoot it. A simple but somewhat costly ($185) solution would be to buy the kit from Yunli (ordoodpeed on Ali-Express) and you’d get the newest CC1 controllers along with the DS-20 display with the display cable. That should solve all problems and make the scoot run phenomenal.

    I guess the wheels are turning the wrong directions because of your twisted wiring, if you do color by color it should be the right directions.

      You can also buy one directly from Yunli for $9. Make sure you order the 5 pin version. While you’re at their store which is on Ali-Express, I highly suggest you also buy the DS20 throttle/display. It is a huge performance upgrade.
