Ce ne sont pas des exercices pour détendre les muscles si vous les faites travailler. Il faut étirer les muscles et travailler sur la souplesse pour l’ élongation de ces derniers. Là, vous bougez trop. Et trop vite. C’est du fitness. Changez la musique et c’ est du fitness… 😊
