Oh my goodness…. I LOVE burpees because I HATE them so much! I already do 100 per day, in five sets of 20. I’ll have to play with these variations and add them into my routine! Thank you Igor for giving me direction!

FOR THOSE WHO ARNT REAL BEGINNERS BUT RESTARTING TO EXCERCISE AFTER SOMETIME:
On 1st day u might do it till level 4 or level 6 or level 2 even but keep in mind that your body will regain its strength quicker than the first time.
I wasnt able to do level 5 completely after starting to excercise again after 7-8months, but on day 6 im able to follow through completely till level 6 and longer time in level 7. Do it consistently and eat healthy, u will regain your strength for sure.

Just remember you can’t target fat loss. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t lose belly fat right away…. For me, it’s the last place it’s holding on…. I record myself doing 60 Sally up push-ups in the mornings (yes, I complete the double!). I record myself in order to check my form and see if I am in need of improvement anywhere.
I have a solid four pack, with a bottom row of fat…. The juxtaposition of those two coming together in my videos is a bit of a crack up honestly. 🤪

@@Denchik_Lite you can focus muscle development by working specific muscle groups, but you can’t focus where you lose fat. Our bodies are all different and store fat differently. When we lose fat we can’t choose which fat we’re going to lose and it’s generally the ‘problem spots’ (lower belly fat) which goes last.

This one is crazy I'm on lvl 9 just taking a short break, because it is needed especially for someone new that starts in his 30s with all of this. It will be hard to finish the last 2 levels but I will finish them now ..

First time I had to stop one of this workouts. Have feet injuries and this hurt them more. Feet and hands, strangely, but round 8, were going numb with shooting pain
