Been following this channel since lockdown last March. This series is prob my fav since the ones he did early last year. Really good stuff, especially with kids when you don’t have a ton of time. 10/10 recommend. Will keep doing abs at home even when I’m back at the gym because this stuff is so effective.

Today I started this week without skipping any day from the past 2 weeks, I could feel every part of my abs working and also I felt my soul leaving my body haha thank you Igor!!

@@rushikeshhingmire6656 yes man keep going on this challenge this is insane ! I did huge progress on abs exercices ! And with a good diet - this wotkout routine is really great ! I'm in the end of this 3rd week, I've burnt 6 kg in 3 weeks (from 74 to 68kg !) And my upper abs and the V cut under the lower abs are really well shredded now. I think that I'll keep this 4 weeks workout routine for 2 or 3 months more. In 3 months I'm sure that I'll be ready for summer with a killer 6 packs ! Thank you Igor ! Yes Rage bro you need to keep going !

One thing I learnt is that we all should watch the entire workout once before doing it for the first time. Like it helps to know how r we supposed to the exercises or what tempo n all..

Especially back needed
Do not expect much when it comes to pulling movements (biceps/back) without at least a pull up bar. Especially biceps. Resistance bands + a pull up bar will do, without it it's going to be hard.

Hi everyone. The grandma here. I'm stuck on this third level. I haven't been able to do everyday like I hoped, but am doing about 2 out of every 3 days. I'm making it through the routine (barely), but not nearly at his pace or extent, and I feel very sloppy at it. The side planks and the very last one are the hardest for me. It will probably take me 2 months ( I hope) to get through this and the next level. Good luck everyone and have fun! (Edit: April 22 and I finally got through it all without having to rest and without being sloppy or falling over, lol. I'm not quite at his pace yet on some of them, but I can now work on stage 4. Woohoo!)
Just keep pushing what matters is that 6o7 get the results right just keep trying I am doing this workout on my youtube channel too and I would be happy if you checked it out. Remember just keep trying.
