Due to an injury to my ankle ligament, which is still healing, I have replaced the two exercises that contain jumps with "Ab Halos".
This was definitely the hardest day for me so far.

If I were you I would go to one of his better ab workouts, this seems more like a cardio session. Though, to be clear you will not find any better workouts than on this channel igor is a legend and will help transform your life.
While i felt my abs yeah i agree, but i have to agree this workout really improved my stamnia

Those up and down motions were causing me shoulder pain, I stopped doing that, and the pain went away. I believe imbalances as you go up and down is a cause of injury
