Good stuff bro. What's too bad that I find is that people who need a video like this aren't going to see or watch it unfortunately. I find that they just don't want to make that change.
I watched it. At 6'6" and 300 lbs, my BMI is high, I have sleep apnea, I'm probably pre-diabetic and have other medical issues related to my diet, lack of exercise and low "T". I travel for work. I work double shifts and stay at hotels, so I am not exactly a picture of fitness. The "only" places open when I go to and come back to the hotel after work are fast food places. Don't have the ability to fix and store healthy alternatives. The whole estrogen thing is eye opening and "frightening". Don't know if this influences or impacts being bipolar or not. I would like to know. This guy is awesome for putting out these instructional and motivational videos. I just need to apply his information.

Your so right bro, most people don't even realize that microplastics are literally a epidemic. Its a fact the average testosterone amount has gone down by double digits in just decades. Plastics is just one factor of many but is confirmed as a cause, yet they are still making plastic right now. Just open up a pidgeon or fish's gut and behold. Not to mention cancer rates and etc going up. Whatever the case we gotta preserve ourself's and stay working harder than anyone else.

How do you find motivation to keep working out everyday for long periods of time? I've been struggling with this my whole life...
Picture what you want to be. That's your WHY.
The next step is simple. Only focus on each step to get you there. First step, put top on. Next step, put pants on. Next step put shoes on. Do this until you start exercising, then focus on the reps.
You will feel great after words and as the weeks go by it gets easier and as the years go by you begin to enjoy it. There will be good days and bad days but always just take it step by step and you can do anything.
But how do you avoid overtraining? I cut my program down to three times per week and make more progress at the moment.
you dont have to workout everyday, which is actually not even benefical. 3x times a week gym is more than enough, your body has hard time to recover more than that.
People ask me if I want some cookies and I always say, “No”. By watching this video, I am so glad that I always say “NO” to sugar.

As far as I know sleep is heavily individual. Some need a siesta to feel good, I feel terrible after it. Listen to your body.

It is better to lower consumption but don't completely refuse taking it. Although, it is up to you guys. If you don't use your brain anyways then consuming sugar is pointless. Read biochemistry and anatomy books if you know how to read of course

first point is not true, people who did ketogenic diet had lower testosterone than a normal diet. Having too low sugars will lower your testosterone significantly. Consume some sugars before working out to increase intensity. Even after working out to replenish carbs in your muscles. but having too much sugars above daily calorie intake is bad. too much of anything is bad. don't demonize sugar

big caloric deficit also reduce testosterone and increase cortisol... you should not be in cal. deficit...also if you want to bulk up, you should use healthy carbs without sugar like..potatoes, cous cous, bulgur, lentils etc..healthy carb sources
