Yeah man . Cars turned to shit after about 78. Before then they may not have been perfect but they were good to their owners,didn't need a computer to know what's wrong and U could fix U self. I wish I had the space to keep my old cars. I miss my V8 Fairmont and Fairlane ( Aussie models)

Yes, where did it go? Wasn't there when she drove off... we had a '73 K5 but the '69-'72 were prettier. But boy was that thing capable; had a SM 465 4-spd heavy duty granny w/ 6.58:1 1st gear & that thing could almost climb up a vertical cliff. Probably could climb up a 30° angle.

Vehicles of these era were made so goodlooking that even people like myself who never got to see a new model of this on the streets because I either was a child or not even born yet. Even so, man do I love these models. I'm in love with these trucks, with the Lincolns and the big 3 (Mustang, Chevy and Dodge). They are such a gem

Had a 1962 Chevy Impala that enters the chat. This girl slammed that door compared to how easy my doors closed.
I had a 1972 custom. I had custom built a flat bed with a headache rack with every accessory available for towing and converted the pick up bed into a matching trailer. It was beautiful when it was finished. I loved that truck and so did others. That's probably why it was stolen and never found.
