My mom keep mocking me about it 💀. Now that i think about it, buying weighted vest is pretty good idea, i can hit chest, tricep, back, legs

The Maltese lean is a pretty effective exercise for biceps actually. However, it's just good for the short head, u still can affect the long head by using narrow grip and imagine that u try to raise the arm outward but that's not enough pressure for the long head in my opinion.

That isn’t the only way. Another way you can build your biceps Without equipment is that you can lie down face facing the ceiling on your couch and put your fingers on the edge of your couch, then pull your arm to make a curl motion.
What if i add resistance to the bicep using my own body? Like maybe pushing down on your forearm with your other arm instead of using something weighted? could that work?
Ok I'm all good with learning how to do stuff without equipment but what routine should I do with equipment. And I don't mean with machines I just have the stuff for like bench squat deadlift and quite a few dumbbells what should I be doing??
