1️⃣ Stick to the same exercises each week
2️⃣ Train them once your twice (you don’t need more)
3️⃣ Train close to, or to failure (6-12 reps is a great range. The fewer, the more efficient)
4️⃣ Rest at least 3 min between sets
5️⃣ Strive to get stronger (In other words, Do NOT chase a pump or a burn)

Just saw a Larry Wheels short where he was doing pull ups w/Fat Grips around the bar. Apparently, they help blast biceps even more during pull ups.

@@williamtanaka9712 Yeah you can emphasize more back or more bicep depending on the stance and how you grip the bar. I use a normal stance because I wanna target the bicep, forearms, and lats fairly equally.

In my youth it was common knowledge that you lose muscle mass after sixty and it's worthless to weight train; but I am 66 and have been massively growing my arm structure by following this basic series of exercises. It works. What used to be common knowledge in the weight training industry fortunately has been replaced by science. It all boils down to education, commonsense, and very hard and consistent work.
This man has helped me so much more than so many personal trainers and coaches. Such a beast😌🤜🤛

This really is a good guide. I've been doing sets of 15 on hammer curls and tricep extensions and i gained half a inch on my arms fast after years of unnecessarily heavy lifting

@@Decaz696 very soon, like first 2 months (good diet, high protein calorie slight surplus). Once you discover high volume with lighter weights good form it's a holy grail.

@Terro-bd2hi Haven't stuck to the same exercises every time but have done higher reps for all of my arm movements. The pump and contraction is better and my arms are more vascular. Haven't put on any significant size but I expect it'll take longer as I have been training for a few years now.

So much of the CZcams influencers on workouts is BS, is always nice to see that you are authentically helpful in muscle development. I never thought of working out my forms I just try not to use straps up until I hear about 800 lb deadlift, or once about 90 pounds to my pullups. But watching this I have to admit it does limit how much weight I can put on myself when I do bullets because my forearms struggle at about 90lbs
Iike how he includes "any standard curl" unlike most fitness influencers who try to argue which variation is optimal. All basic curl variations achieve the same results. Its just a matter of preference
