Love you, your workouts are amazing, i always see a difference, even if i only do a couple each month (cause of health issues, and stress with uni, i often do not have the energy left to workout). But i am doing my best, because i also want to become the best version of myself. Psychological and physically. That's how you achieve your goal.

Thanks! I bought 5 liter bottle of vegetable oil, everytime when I the body wants to have sugar, to keep old habit alive, I take spoonfull of oil, or few, until I feel that I had enough. Works.
Once body gets the energy from fat, it needs to produce entsymes, that breaks the fat into the glucose.
Once your body gets used to convert fats to the glucose, it gets easier to turn also the belly fats to glucose.
This is how I understand my metabolism today. Tommorrow I know more.

Problem is you can't do 10k steps in only one hour, it normally takes 1h 45 minutes to do that.
As long as u get them in all day
By your calculations, one hour will get you over 5700 steps. You’ll probably at least get close to 10,000 by the end of the day with just your regular walking around. Just need another 45 minutes throughout the rest of the day.
If you walk to and from walk, or to and from kids school or local shops, instead of driving, you can add significant steps. Think of all the places you normally drive or bus, and think about whether you can walk instead.

I’m on my cutting journey. Have lost 4kg in 3 weeks. Still have belly fat but I’m losing more every week. I’m unfortunate in that most of my fat goes to my belly and nowhere else but you can’t spot reduce fat.
