    5 ways to burn Fat:
    1. Cut Flour and Added Sugar
    2. Add 10,000 steps
    3. Build Muscles while burning Fat
    4. Get good sleep
    (i) For the proper recovery
    (ii) For your hormonal system
    5. Focus on the daily process, not on the Goal
    (i) First daily routine: Not eating food with Added Sugar and Flour.
    (ii) Second daily routine: Doing 10,000 steps everyday

    Just found your videos! I lost 40lbs in 3 months by cutting out sugar breads and starches! I eat nothing but vegetables meats and fruits but also strength train and walk with a weighted vest on! I’m 55 and I’m in better health than when I was 35! Thanks for your channel!

    Love you, your workouts are amazing, i always see a difference, even if i only do a couple each month (cause of health issues, and stress with uni, i often do not have the energy left to workout). But i am doing my best, because i also want to become the best version of myself. Psychological and physically. That's how you achieve your goal.
    And remember to forgive yourself guys, if something doesn't work out perfectly, its a marathon, not a sprint. 🤝

    4 Systems will make you better version.
    1) Not eating product with added sugar items
    2) Doing 10K steps from 6-7 AM
    3) Workout at least 4 times from 7-7:30 Am
    4) Sleep by 10 and wake up by 6 AM

    Thanks! I bought 5 liter bottle of vegetable oil, everytime when I the body wants to have sugar, to keep old habit alive, I take spoonfull of oil, or few, until I feel that I had enough. Works.
    Once body gets the energy from fat, it needs to produce entsymes, that breaks the fat into the glucose.
    Once your body gets used to convert fats to the glucose, it gets easier to turn also the belly fats to glucose.
    This is how I understand my metabolism today. Tommorrow I know more.

    Problem is you can't do 10k steps in only one hour, it normally takes 1h 45 minutes to do that.

      By your calculations, one hour will get you over 5700 steps. You’ll probably at least get close to 10,000 by the end of the day with just your regular walking around. Just need another 45 minutes throughout the rest of the day.

      If you walk to and from walk, or to and from kids school or local shops, instead of driving, you can add significant steps. Think of all the places you normally drive or bus, and think about whether you can walk instead.

    I’m on my cutting journey. Have lost 4kg in 3 weeks. Still have belly fat but I’m losing more every week. I’m unfortunate in that most of my fat goes to my belly and nowhere else but you can’t spot reduce fat.
