I usually do this workout and take some rest and then add an exercise for one specific part of body like abs or bicep curls and stuff, getting those gains xD

I'm trying to incorporate this in a potential weekly bodyweight home workout routine, does any one have an idea on how to build one or could give me some tips on how to devide the days/excercices, IT'd be much appreciated
I never miss workout days because i gift myself one time mastu*bation if i do the workout
100% working trick 😌i never missed in last 1 month
I'd divide it in classic gym fashion: Push, Pull, Legs
One day is pushup variations, another is pullups/chinups, if you want also variations and the third day is legs. For legs, do something for quads and calves and dont forget to use different exercises for the quads. You need to train the muscles inside, outside, top and bottom of the thighs. I recommend something like wide stand squads for inner and outer, split squats, one leg, pistol or else for upper and lower. There are ofc a lot more exercise that you can use.
For each day you dont have to do the exact same exercises if you dont want to. You have hundreds of different Workouts for all kind of muscle groups out there.
Also incorporate static and explosive exercises for all days.
I would train 3 days a week, you can do more if you want and have the time. If yoj have dumbbels or other equip, you can obviously use it.

Great. Doing push ups slowly is better than fast push ups. Time under pressure increases which great for hypertrophy

I did a very big mistake. I was a begainer to do exercise but I watch some high level work out and tried to do some and now I think I damaged my heart 😢 currently when I do simple exercise I get dizziness and heart problem so never attempt high level work out at first . start from lower then day after day increase the amount of exercise

Been doing 100 push ups a day since January 29th. After a month I bumped up to 200 a day, my 3rd month I bumped up to 300 a day. Then I found your 30 day plank challenge. I've still been doing 100 push ups a day. However I replaced the extra pushups with you plank challenge. Which I've incorpaonto my regular routine now and been bumping that up every month.

On my 15th day of doing 100 pushups seen great results as I moved up to 200 a day. i suggest 1-2 rest days a week depending on soreness.
