Stephanie Zaso someone stole your comment and got more likes feelsbadman
+Rodger G Dang bro it is rough out here
Stephanie Zaso ROFLLLLLL
I'm struggling man
he PUSHED his glasses UP way his arse.
This is exactly how I imagined a person from buzzfeed do pushups
Lol😎
True
@Tobyy what's that mean
Tobyy thanks for the explanation and yeah, wow 200 is low in context
@Tobyy eh well that's a bit of a misleading oversimplification. There's a wide range of normal values with testosterone and even being low during a test doesn't mean u have low testosterone in general. Unless you feel symptoms like depression, lack of focus, irritiability, excessive emotionality etc. you probably don't have low testosterone. those guys are probably endocrinologically normal.
Guy: I admit my form was horrible
Comment sections: *ignores* hah, that guys form was horrible
Hahahaha love it
They could've hurt themselves from improper form. Proper form is designed to maximize the effectiveness and minimize the risk. It's not about being funny or rude just for the sake of it, it's about safety
max s most the people criticizing their form don’t give 2 craps about their risk to injury.
@@maxs-lz4pn yeah i hear all the time how many people get injured from pushups! ...SAID NO ONE EVER
What realy will happen if you do Push Ups EVERY DAY ?
People are hating so much on these guys. The fact that they went out of their normal day’s routine to make a positive change in their lives (the intent was there) is such a inspirational thing to see. People out here criticizing their form and the changes in the after photos, it must have been hard for them to show their bodies to thousands of people. I support the goals, hope they continued 👍👍
Constructive criticism. Bad form can lead to injuries and the editor changed the lighting
@@yok3nny yeah but the guy with bad form said himself int the video he had bad form yet people pretending they didn’t hear him
Yeah I doubt these fatasses can do any better
brah they went "out of their normal routine to do blahblah" bc they re getting paid for it lmao
and besides, his form in the end of the video is almost perfect
Dude, when he did 17 pushups at the start. I was nodding my head in approval, he really tried. I was there too.
When I first tried this challenge I couldn’t even do a push up so I started on my knees and now almost a year later I’m doing 100 with my hands on weights
I'm 16 and can only do around 18 push ups. I really felt what he is going through. Good luck to him in improving his results 👍🏻
Nic Halabicky I just started doing push-ups on my knees as well cuz I can’t do a normal pushups I’m on day 6
Cheeze whiz nice, if you keep it up you’ll be surprised how quickly you improve!
Nic Halabicky thank u 😊 really helps

I've been doing more than 100 push ups everyday (began doing 20 and I was tired after that) but after a month and some days, I've seen significant changes, regardless the fact that I was really skinny. Keep it going people, it's worth it the feeling of looking and feeling better.
This is so inspiring. I am skinny too but every time I see motivational video like this, there are always comments that say it’s fake it’s impossible or anything that brings me down. I’ve started and been doing push ups for three days actually. I want to see some changes in my body. Glad to see this comment. How have you been doing until now? Would you please share me some more if you’ve seen more changes to you? Thanks
@@OshinTorek I hope this will help you. If you're skinny and want to add some mass, push ups will be productive only if you can do just 6-10 push ups. Higher number will get you strength and maybe some definition but nothing more.
Same, i'm trying 100 push up too, it's still day 10 but i already feel the difference. It give me some muscle gain even though im skinny
You do some in the morning afternoon and one before you sleep ? Or you do them all at once haha
i’m 5’6 100 😳
I love how he came out of a engagement party to finish his push ups, what a guy 😂💪👍
He still didnt do all 100
@@dontwatch2666 at least he tried
my arm bones make cracking sounds whenever I do a push up lmao
Logan Peachi it it's a popping/cracking in your elbow it's a tendon snapping into place over the bones
Me too!
Logan Peachi because you barely did that motion of the push-ups
Literally every part of my arm cracks whenever I do a push-up and I was so embarrassed but now I know that I am not alone
Logan Peachi because your really skinny
Amir's vision improved so much that he no longer needs glasses.
hirodash2112 the spiderman effect ;-)
😂😂😂😂
omg hahaha you made my day xDDD
😂
versusbattle 😂😂😂
You notice in the before and after pics they changed the lighting. To show mare shadaow=more definition
True but they did get results in a way
It is BuzzFeed...what else do you expect
so do lifters? they use a darker room to show more definition when taking photos ? what are u trying to prvoe

Isn't working out a miracle? Lol
Ikr exactly what i was fucking thinking lmfao
And BuzzFeed did a video on how before and after pics can be faked
I'm very proud of amir! Well done to you both! Think I'm going to try this now! This video was very inspirational
Ok but this ain’t nothing compared to the legendary “Mr.Pushup” who did push ups for an entire year on tiktok

I did a push-up today. Well, actually I fell down, but had to use my arms to get back up. So, close enough.

Lmao
Chivas Aurora true story 😂
This is just sad. Americans described in one sentence 😂
Fluffy Fairy its true tho
The guy who did 17 was more accurate in doing the push up.
👌
@Big Daddy Egg he still had horrible technique tho.
JODA9395 it’s not about the speed but the form
perfect practice makes perfect results so him doing it correct is so much better for his body then sloppy qauntity

4:36 I really felt that on the lower back lol
I am your 69th like. It's an honor.
Ok when I see someone do an proper pushup, I don’t judge, everybody has to start somewhere,
But...
The guy in the blue shirt, it was...
It was something else
Erik Silva he was going too fast if he controlled them and made his back actually correct they would be acceptable 😂
He was compromising his form for reps which is bad
This is cheating, the after shot obviously has more contrast, so it makes it look like they have gained more
Hanwe good eye
Hanwe stfu ricegum
Suhh Dude stfu atleast he does something with his life
Hanwe waarom tf kijk je buzzfeed
Hanwe and the lighting is slightly different. But to be fair I think they did increase muscle mass slightly
you also have to factor in the lighting. On the left photo it is overexposed & show barely any shadows. On the right side picture the guys are in dimmer light which casts shadows on all the small definitions of their bodies. It makes a huge difference.
they do that on purpose
Patrick Cc: I thought the same thing plus the photos on the right are slightly larger you can tell by the difference in the head size. The games people play. Smh
ThtSmileDoe1 Wright no he is just closer
all y'all woke
Patrick Cc: that's part of the trick those commercials use.
Bro you made a significant difference.
Great job to both you guy's. I admire the commitment and dedication
“I can’t imagine you being buff”. lol
@Cucumber cucumber
Biggest insult, man's gonna stay a low testosterone beta buzzfeed simp for the rest of his life.
Brilliant transformation one person stops wearing glasses and the other starts
Actually got me LOL
LOL I had to look back to get that, good catch.
Tp Games lol
love the comments in the thread here... also, who the hell doesn't know even moderate good form for pushups? The guy with the trap issues looks like he has done cat stretches all his life.
Hahaha
I just realized I started watching a buzzfeed video
Same here. ...I feel dirty now...
Burgerasasin 11 😂😂😂
as a father I feel dirty...
I'm disappointed but I'm using Adblock so they won't get any adrevenue from me
Burgerasasin 11 yeah me too i thought it was a random video from weird working out Russian channel
Watching videos like this gives me lots of nostalgia, because I remember when I first started working out just like them and doing even 20 push ups in a row was a challenge
I'm most impressed by the posture change in the pictures of Amir. That is going to be so good for his back. I need to start doing push ups. I've been avoiding starting.
Really grinds my gears how they weren’t doing proper form push ups
I can kinda understand why the amir dude prob didnt do correct form because to people who are very unathletic, correct form pushups can be difficult. However, by the time he finished the challenge he should be able to do correct form pushups without any difficulty.
Yh really GRINDS MY GEARS
Kanooki kun sick name and pp
Logan is going waaaaayyy to fast.
Wide arm push ups
Legend says that guy who said he would do a push up for every like is dead.
They're now just a pile of muscles
Lmao bruh
brian yi ikr lmao
brian yi 😂
nah they prob havent even done a pushup yet- prob eating pizza in bed at this very moment
It’s crazy how lighting can mislead someone
I do think you’re fat
@@matheusbatro and you're right
But they obviously would get something from 100 a day
@@Wavyscarz no Bc from the sound of it, they spread out the push ups throughout that day, instead of just taking a little rest in between each set
For people like me I started out with knee push ups doing 10 sets of 10 in a 2 hour time fraim and 3 rest days and it took only 2 weeks and now I can do 25 push ups in one set regular off my knees. I hope this inspire anyone
Progress is what we like to see. Nice
lighting was the largest difference. Creating those shadows is key to make them looking bigger.
Exactly what I was gonna say
Great
Why you gotta be such a downer? I have done these photos and used "tricks" for years and I can assure you after close scrutiny of these before and after shots both of these guys have made significant changes... Yes there are some tricks used, but both of them have significant arm changes which is a strong indicator of the other changes
thanks to you i just dissliked the video for making me a fool.
i'ts still bs
Now do 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and 10km everyday, for 3 years....
Samuel Machado one punch 🤛🏽 man
Samuel Machado one punch man? Lol
No AC in the summer, no heat in the winter.
Samuel Machado I can’t even do 5 push-ups
Ayy one punch man
He said “wow the back shots crazy”
100% improvements for both of them. I just finished day 14 of this challenge and this video is inspiring.
No doubt there are body changes, but the not-so-subtle lighting shifts in the after photos exaggerate any muscle definition. If you want to truly show the difference, if there is any, don't change the lighting.
No change at all only lightning and zoom and you cant get any visible progress in 1 month
Dominik Brunčić you can, but not with just a 100 push-ups a day
Dominik Brunčić there was a change in the tone of their muscles and shoulders
I thought exactly the same. I felt that maybe there was a bit of imagery enhancing going on too. I'm not convinced by these pictures
Darin Basile well not only that, they’re newbies... to these workouts, so in that sense, they get gains
8:34 yeah you're welcome
I got a fucking ad for clicking

most important is u r caring for yourself, maybe there's not much visible changes but there is a dedication built on your discipline
This quarantine really got me do things I'm too lazy to do before lol. I just finished my 28th day of this challenge. I agree with them about starting. It's a different kind of tired and soreness is a huge thing. But for me, i got past that in a week. Sure, I'm seeing significant changes in the arms and chest (mostly arms) and it's hyping me up. But the more amazing that I'm experiencing is the mental toughness to endure and also developed sense of discipline and consistency since I do the push-ups at 5:45 AM. I have this different kind of motivation not just doing the challenge but in other things as well. At first, it was because i wanna have big arms and all that but approaching close to the end of this challenge, I'm preparing myself to not treat it as a challenge rather look at it as a lifetime routine. Man I love this feeling. Feels like I'm transforming not just physically but as an overall individual.
Before you do this watch a quick video on push-up form. Straight back and keep the elbows tucked. Keeping your elbows wide puts stress on your rotator cuff in your shoulder.
There's different ways you can do push-ups some can focus more on your chest so you can spread your arms a little more but usually I don't do that.
The persons pushup form was absolutely terrible and not working anything. There are things like hindu pushups that are variations but you don't have your back bent like that- you actually have it bent the other way to make them harder.
athleanx wisdom 👌
Somewhat closer grip pushups are best, narrow base push-ups led to higher EMG values in the triceps brachii and pectoralis major than wide base push-ups in studies. Also lot less chance of injury/strain on rotator cuff. Just do not go to narrow as the more strain on elbows.
If you want to actually do pushups for muscle building use bands- test have showed similar results from a group doing bench press with barbell and a group doing pushups with resisted bands. Also decline pushups show to hit more fibers in emg imaging than regular or incline (also same for decline benching btw)
Galaxy Cat: What kind of back exercise would you recommend to balance the 100 push-ups a day?
my great granddad used to do 100 push ups every morning
And now he's dead. So don't do push-ups, kids. They'll kill you.
i bet u can't do 5 so stfu.
Resu kun salty?
Gad Idea I could bust out 300 a day

Draganoiu George skip day 3 and finish day 30
So true
True because you dont know when you'll continue it or not
Next day is best day!
It's weird how you can spend hours watching videos but not take 25 minutes in a day to exercise.
it is because watching videos doesnt hurt
Because comfort is hard to get out of mentally
camelCase oh yess
If you're training 25 min then there's a problem , you ain't gonna see results here , 45-60 min are the way to go .
I do both lol except workout out 50 or more minutes and then watch videos, works great!!
Imagine if they kept doing this for the 3 years to come, imagine how dang buff they'll be.
I remember I use to struggle to do afew push ups then someone told me to start doing 5 sets of 10 push ups on my knees now 5 years later I can do around 250 pushups in one go consistency is key coupled with patience
I think this is great and all, but I feel like they should've got an idea on how to do a *proper* pushup. Like no arching or whatever. Idk, their pushups looked painful.
Almost good, not great. Lower back muscles are supposed to keep proper form, you just have to know how to engage them. I'd say proper form is more important than the amount of push ups one can do.
once u get tired, u often lose form. especially if u have a goal in mind instead of just going til you cant
Guys, the end result is a trick of the light, it did improve, but barely. they turned down the lights to create more shadow to make it look bigger. but still no excuse to not try it tho.
the average girl next door I tried a 300 push-up challenge. Lasted only two days...
and terrible, building really mussle can only happen with doing push-ups correctly, ^ these guys are just stretching their muscles not training them.
I once did a push-up..
*Then I ate a burrito and now I'm fat again* :)

Psychedelic hallucinogenic relic of reality phew that was a close call
This really works. I’ve done the same, and can now do 100 press ups none stop! Just need to get down and do it!
Imagine how much more improvement they would’ve seen if they had used proper form.
Yeh they werent proper push ups at all
Of course you'll look different with different lighting and color of background lol
Yeah I noticed same. But I like how positive that vid is. Tbh their body change a little
@@lindsay46 user name doesn't Check out
Thank you!! The lighting was completely different.
That's what I was thinking, they should see what happens if they do proper gym workouts with a good diet for a month. Push ups only work one muscle group lol
Sandman Push ups, are not just 1 muscle group. It’s also Triceps, Chest, You whole back, biceps, and shoulders.
lmao then theres me who started doing push ups 3 days ago and could only do 1 but now i can do 5 and i felt so great about myself but after this video im like lol bye.

Welp 100 push ups here I come
Joe Wright tell us if there's really so much increase ;)
Lol
I've done 150 a day for 2 months but it didn't do much except increase my height a little and my muscles by barely an inch... :c _depressed_
You probably needed more protein and you also need REST/Alternate
days. If you keep working the muscle daily and not giving it time to heal and rebuild, you'll notice less of an impact on muscle growth. That is why you should alternate. Recovery period is just as important as the push up itself (plus amount, form, rest period duration between sets)
@Gray Fullbuster
: it increased your height because you stand staller, thanks to your now stronger back muscles.
Like Nicholas Kennon says, it's better to rest every other day.
I also recommend you to watch "Proper Push Up Technique" from expertboxing, it shows an other way to do push ups: emphasis on speed vs amount, which is better for strength vs endurance.
I been looking for something like this I needed motivation❤️
well done boys. I see noticeable changes. your looking stronger. congratulations.
🔥
When he said I'm weak I can only do 25 to 30
I'm like braaah I can only do 8 before dying
Yaseen Hassan then he stops at 20
Yaseen Hassan i can only do 25 at a time
Push ups weren't problem. Pull ups are....
Yaseen Hassan how old r u man
Well wieght and strength are an issuse. Plus pushups are a really crappy work-out to *only* do
The lighting gets better... the background gets darker... I feel good about this
Jonathan Watson What do you mean ?
Jonathan Watson
Loooooool :)
Jonathan Watson 😂😂
Jonathan Watson it's called contrast editing it makes results look more
U are my favourite CZcamsr
They need to start using the same backgrounds for the before and after. The different backgrounds can make someone look skinnier/bigger.
Main difference is light in both of the picture to make it look like you've done progress
100 push ups a day gives you a tan, just like every infomercial for weight loss products. Weird.
Fredrick Miller really ?
1,000,000 subscribers with no vids? I think it must be science.
Fredrick Miller iii
1,000,000 subscribers with no vids? ...
SpikeShroom what
I’m a photographer and I clearly see less light and more shadow in the after photos. Slight shadows create outlines so it looks more defined. I want to give these guys maximum credit but you can’t see a clear difference unless the lighting and skin tone are exactly the same in both photis
Notice both backgrounds are darker in the after photos as the camera attempts to adjust to the different lighting.
Does it also look like the before photos were shot with a wider lens? To me the after photos look more compressed as if shot with a longer lens.
Was about to comment the same thing, the shadows are increased
Yeah you can only notice shifts in lighting when you have DIVINE PHOTOGRAPHER eyes
lol yeah... Only they can notice the obvious...
1:11 'see any degree of muscle definition' poor guy lol
i love this idea and definitely great for these two guys in terms of discipline and getting more fit, but what they shouldve done is planned it out better. good form shouldve been taught and practiced from the start. good form pushups lessen your chance of injury (logan got injured from bad form), are wayyyy tougher to do and ultimately get you more progress in strength.
Was looking forward to seeing results but it was ruined once there was different lighting and they were standing closer to camera.
Basicly one could argue that this was made in a week rather than a month. Changes if any are caused by the light and close up
It's not 30 days it's just light, flexing and better contrast
There are differences but the lighting changes are seriously off-putting. Just be real. But this is Buzzfeed, what does one expect?
You expect results and honesty from liberals?
Dead Zone Leave it to a right-wing nut job to get politics into a video like this.
"i'm starting to feel like a proper weirdo" lol

Tbh the wide arm push-ups are harder than closed in army push-ups well for me the wide arm is Manley for shoulders and tricep muscle ur back and your chest u spread ur arms so it's hard
It’s 2 in the morning right now and I’m trying to fix my sleep schedule by staying up the whole night and going to bed at a normal time. It’s probably a bad idea but I’m starting this challenge now
100 dabs a day, keeps the doctor away
What if the Doctor dabs back?
JoeyGaming wow, what a question....

wow you stole some other guys' comment and gave no credit
Akhil Anand Sirra I
I also did this a few times (the whole challenge) and it‘s amazing i just don‘t lose muscles if i dont workout for some time
:i see the definition of biceps
triceps: am i a joke to u
When you can barely do 1 push up.. The struggle is real
Asuna Hiroku that is nnnnnno bueno
Keep trying. With diet and effort you'll get it. When I went to basic training I could only do 15 in 60 seconds because I had lost 50 lbs in 4 months waiting to leave :/
That was me... but i kept trying and i got 1 push at a time and in no time it was 5 the 10 then 15 then 20 and now it's 30 at a time
if you cant push your own weight atleast 10 times you've got a problem lmao
Probably just doing 'em wrong tbf. Where you position your hands and how you move your arms makes a huge difference. Check out some video tutorials on CZcams that shows proper form and see if you can do some more. I guarantee that practically anyone who isn't grossly unfit or physically disabled should be able to do at least 3 with proper form.
White guy did a bit more than just push ups, there is no way he made that much gains in 30 days just doing 100 push ups a day. Plus in some of the shots he was in the gym and who goes to the gym just to do push ups?
fs87 not you apparently
Maybe gym is part of his normal routine and not doinh everthing notmally lifestyle wise would have skewed the result?
The picture is a little misleading. He's closer to the camera, or the picture is more zoomed in. He is a little bigger in it overall, his head, ears, etc, things that wouldn't have changed size.
racist
alex adnan how is he racist?
For every push up, I'll do a like.
I do them in sets , I do 30 then I do 20 , then rest for 1 min then do 20 then do 30 thats my 100 find it really easy doing them in sets
I’ve been doing this challenge for a little over 3 weeks now and my routine is usually
(20 reps then rest 10 secs try to pump out 5 more) x 4
In between each each set of 20+5 i rest like for 1-2 minutes
This is followed by 15x4 sets of crunches/leg raises/a few minutes of plank
I only do this every other day though, the other day i do squats and pull ups
I've thought about working out.
but only thought.
Juraj Gaši same
L Moose xD
Juraj Gaši I
Good man lol
Miles same for me, this comment is a joke lol
lol the before and after pictures all that they did was add shadows to make it look like a more drastic change
Yep. Common tactic in all "before and after" pics. I could make a *drastic before and after transformation in one day!* ...just by slouching and relaxing in the "before" then standing straight, tightening all my muscles, getting a spray-tan, good lighting, smiling, etc for the "after".... you'd think I had been working out for a year to achieve the results! lol
Makayla nicholl You can still tell, with the white guy especially, that there was still muscle growth. He body width is noticeably different regardless of what kind of shadowing they may have added for tone
Body width? I can increase my "body width" instantly and dramatically just by flexing or flaring my lats or shoulders a certain way.
I don't doubt that he was able to lose a little fat and gain a tiny bit of definition in a month. But the point we are making is that there are a ton of dishonest tricks that are used to make the changes seem more than they really are.
Bastian C'mon at this point you're just being a contrarian. There is absolutely some muscle definition albeit not a drastic change but a change nonetheless.
what would be the point in altering the pictures? they aren't selling you anything. they are literally just showing you what they look like after 30 of pushups. you LITERALLY have nothing to lose. except fat.
I couldn't do 10 when I started but I just tried doing more then the day before. Able to do 90 a day and increasing it
Seeing the result makes me not want to exercise more.
Never ever do push ups to get bigger.

They should put they arms in the middlr near they're nipples
Mark Abella there are different push up forms
Mark Abella that for the arm if u put ur hands about under ur nipples
Just discovered you guys. I think it’s great that you’re trying..first of all what’s wrong with doing 85 push-ups in one day, would you not be successful if you did 85 every day? Can’t wait till the end of your journey. I started my process a week ago...
Body: *doesn't change*
OMG THATS AMAZING
8:35 to skip all the vlog bs.
Adino1 LEGEND
you sir are a legend
Ad
Adino1 thank you sir
You legend! This comment on top so everybody can see it, and skip the bs. @Martin Vrickey, yeah, I know about such websites from my friends. Actually, one of them, recently repaid her college loans in full, working thru Max121.com or something. Not quite sure, but I think it's the one she uses.
that lighting tricks..
yeah push ups gives you a nice tan
Asbjørn Olsen lmao what a xcam
Yep. Every muscle picture has dark background because of the lighting. Pretty sad.
When they first started, I was counting their push ups like 1...1...1...1...1..
Your mot supposed to be doing them as fast as you can, I'm not even fit and even I know that.
Quality over quantity. Perfect form is still more important. Do them nice and slow and dont flare your elbows out. You'll feel the burn in no time.
Chris Atienza ikr, these people push up a little bit too fast for me :D
Chris Atienza no to mention half the time their arm and hand placement is all over the place. Keeps elbos close to the body or in at your ribs and move your hands at a 15 to 25 degree angle inwards to lock in your chest. Then focus on squeezing your chest when you get to the top of your rep. It's not rocket science lol
We all start somewhere
You cannot start doing perfect form push ups with elbows tucked in if you're weak. A year ago I couldn't do a proper push-up. It's a feeling of just not being strong enough to pull one off. Irving Lopez is right. We all start somewhere. You cannot just go straight into spiderman push-ups if you cannot even do 20 normal push-ups.
In this case they cannot do a perfect form push-up when they cannot even do 20 decent push-ups. By decent I mean elbows going outwards but shill getting getting close to the ground. I mean if they cannot do that they won't even be able to do a single perfect push-up. Even if they could. What then? Manage to do 100 sets a day?
Chris Atienza that is so true
if you want wider shoulders just take swimming
lol yeah swimming for 30 days with different variations/intervals would have had much better results.
Yes..i have a swimmer friend who is wide af.Not big mass wise but wide.He never touched weight in his life.
Christi yeah swimming is a great back workout
I'm a female swimmer and it sucks haha I have such wide shoulders
Courtney Matich if you build up your lower half you'll have a nice hourglass look, it's about balance
they both have such bubbly personalities, the indian dude specially, seems perhaps even bicurious
Coming from a sporting background 100 push ups is nothing however watching these people struggle is motivating. We all have our struggles and we all start at different positions and have different strengths. The key is to start. Much respect to these guys. There’s too much hate in the comments for people just starting their fitness journeys
