That is a max set of pushups, then take a 10 minute break (do karate basics or something instead) then do another set of pushups then another set of karate basics then a third set of pushups, etc. Try to do at least 3 max sets of pushups within 30 minutes of one another while you are training Pyramids. I used to do 2 sets of 50 pushups per day on my own time and 5 sets of 20 pushups per day in warm-ups in karate class, not counting whatever we did in the Cardio Kickboxing class every day.
I mean sure if you have a standard muscle type ratio 50 push ups should be pretty easy. However if you have primarily type 2 fibers it really sucks to do more than 15.
I can do 80 slow, deep pushups, hands wide or close in. I can do about 60 or so angle down, with my feet up on a chair and hands on the floor. I can also do 180 shallow fast reps in one set. Probably not as good as slow deep, but it's at least a good short cardio burst. I'm 71 years old btw.

The guy with no arms:😐
I’m 13 and can do 25 push-ups with good form. Almost there 💪💪 EDIT: I'm still 13 but now I can do 32 pushups
That’s exactly what I’m doing bro
wow makes me feel good as a 15 year old who can do 32 push ups
I have been training for like 2 weeks now, and I can do around 16 without stopping now, at first I was able to do 6 without stopping
1 year ago i couldn’t do even 1 pushups but now i can do 30 without rest with a good form.
30 push-ups is good, but 30 strict form push-ups are definitely not that easy. You need full range of motion, slow eccentric and proper scapula engagement. 10 of strict form > 30 without strict form.
Pushups are easy. I could do 27 even before I started training. I hit your 50+ target in a few months. Even so I can do a lot of pushups, I can still only bench 75kg.
I do 70 straight but 350 in all. Nice to know that’s above average
i start with 30,and now 60
keep doing,stay hard 💪

David goggins is proud
I can’t remember a time I couldn’t do 30 push-ups. I’ve done them my whole life. It’s the easiest possible exercise to get into
I am a 16 year old skinny boy and can only do 25 pushups and can do 7-12 reps of 20pounds dumbell with proper form but still hate myself 😮💨 cause i am only 60kg and still skinny 😔
I was just able to hit 50 push-ups in one set after 1 year of training or less
Diamond push ups are favorit. Currently at 50 reps but i want to reach 100. Push to failure and continue with knee push ups is a great drop set
In one go or in sets? If you're letting me take 45 Second Breaks in between then I can most definitely do 150 Without a Push Up Stand and 130 with a Push Up Stand.
