When i was a little kid this one gym teacher gave us actual military drills to train. In doing so we began to develop 6 packs and got excited to continue working out. And when it came to situps, i always came out on top. So much so i trained in secret to maintain the build. When it came time to test how many we did in under 5 minutes.....i did 345.
