For guys who have been in the gym consistently for at least 6 months and still struggle to loose body fat then the sedentary lifestyle is most likely the problem.

More then likely its your diet, people over eat with out even realizing it all the time
going to the gym is not a requirement, you need to have higher burnt calories than consumed. Equation is simply as that. Some mf think they gonna lose fat by just showing up to the gym doing 30min to 1h of 0 intensity training.
