Every time I try to do a push up my wrist is literally in so much pain
Push-up quality is a big factor I used to be able to do 70-80 push-ups as an 11 year old but my waist was too far down, now I am 12 and can do 50 good formed pushups
After 10+ years of training pushups, it was so satisfying to hit 100 push ups in one set. Stay consistent, and your numbers will go up.
For me it worked the other way around. As a skinny teen i could do 100 but now that im more buff at 210pounds i can only dream about hitting 100 lol.
is this for real? i've never seen anyone did 100 push up straight with proper form, most of them doing 100 push in a wromg way and half reps.
@@SuacoRVthat was probably due to incorrect form
@@hookeddaddy6055Andrew tate did 500 and some random ass roblox youtuber did 100 pushups

I can only do 28 reps, but I can promise you that those 28 reps are good form.
30 rep range with chest and chin to ground is fucking incredible, don’t listen to this guy he doesn’t know what he’s talking about clearly saying 60 and shit. I can barely clear 30+ as a gymnast and bodybuilder of 8+ years.
Bro I swear everyone around me saying they can do like 50+ push-ups when they’re physique is so shit and I have like an aesthetic physique and can only do 20 max
@@UmayyadCaliphateShorts-dy5hk probably just because their push-ups are shit. Or they're just way lighter than you.
Facts i do 20 push ups and pass my limits sometimes to 25 or 30 my body be feeling heavy 😮 chest to floor and up slow n steady wit focus on chest
Good man, that's better than shit form. Make sure your chest and stomach and just grazing the floor and that you pop your elbows straight at the top. 28 is good going considering most guys don't do proper form. I think I'm somewhere in the 50s with this form
Everyone in my weight lifting class was doing over 70 pushups in high school. Getting back to this is not easy lol
I love how the “70+” push-up clips were of guys going super fast and only half way down lol
I usually do 20 but after hearing this I make myself do 26 just to be called "above average"
i used to to 20, but i just did 70 now to feel better about myself.
It's not whether you can do this many or not. It's how many you can do with GOOD FORM. Quality over quantity. And don't let these athletic dudes make you feel down for not being able to do that much. We all start somewhere and what matters is that you are putting in the work and staying consistent.
For you: 🫶

Hey bro I can do 15 normal pushups and 23 knuckle pushups(I'm close to hit my chest on the ground in every rep). I started like 2 months ago and back then I couldn't do a single pushup. I'm 73 kg and 5'11 currently(16 yrs old). Am I good or bad? Pls be honest
Cool, I’m up to 50 a set so far 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Well, I've been doing 80 push-ups for a couple of years, but I started pushing to 90 this month. Keep in mind, I do about two to three of them at a time (early morning, afternoon and evening).

Form is important. Some people say they can do 35 but their form is terrible. I focus on quality over quantity, but still try to do my best with good form.
Quality of work is so important for years I could do plenty of reps bad form and now I am reaping my push ment and not being able to do as many as I want but it's all a journey
Best I can do with good form is 30
True, if u do lots of push up with bad form u don't get any gain and can risk urself from injuries
