I cannot fat burn with calories deficit because I’m skinny ( underweight ) with beer belly - which is worst shape one can be. I cut down alcohol and I’ve started training but at the same time I calculated my calories to be at 2570 - 2600 to add weight ( muscle mass of course - not more belly fats ). Is it possible to keep adding muscle mass but at the same time burn the belly without being on a calories deficit ?!?
It seems that I have a fast metabolism and an ectomorph body type ( gaining weight slower than most people ) ☝🏻🤔🤦🏻♂️

Igor! For fat burning you could mention intermittent fasting, for example: 16h fasting windows -8h eating window, or 18-6. It is recommended for everyone, and can lead to weight loss, muscle gain, better mood, higher energy etc..
Fasting has no greater effect for fat burning than any other eating method. Fat burn comes down to caloric deficit which can be equally achieved with any other eating habit.

i agree with 3 out of 4 , for BCAA i thought its worthless , but while i was on keto diet , Bcaa made a huge difference in recovery

Just do Hammer Curls, Biceps Curl, and Mix when you go from Hammer to Biceps curl. Start with the weight that allows you to do 10 reps. 10 reps per 3-4 sets depending on your current strength. Of course, your strength will drop on the last reps, but as long as its around 6, it's still fine. Growth Guaranteed. Once you start doing 14-15 reps easy add weight. Remember if you're skinny it will take at least a year to notice a good growth.

So to build muscle and more strength you NEED to work out, it doesn't have to be weight lifting even calisthenics are just as good (but for starters weight lifting is a better option)
As igor said stick to the real food, and protein powder with it is also a good choice, both working out with a solid diet that contains protein, carbs and those kind of stuff will build muscles
