2. Knee Push-Ups (or Regular Push-Ups): 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps.
3. Decline Push-Ups (using a sturdy elevated surface like a bench or a stable chair): 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps.
4. Push-Ups with Shoulder Taps: 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps.
5. Explosive Knee Push-Ups: 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps.
6. Plyometric Knee Push-Ups: 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps.
7. Tricep Dips (using the edge of a sturdy chair or a low stable surface): 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps.
8. Russian Twists: 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps per side.
9. Plank: Hold for 30-60 seconds, repeat for 3-4 sets.
10. Pike Crunches: 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps.
11. Bicycle Crunches: 3-4 sets of 20-30 reps per side.

That depends on your soreness level. But if you do it regularly, taking 1-2 days off, would benefit you from staying injury free. Also don't forget to do static stretches after your workout
