I feel like the 'realism' aspect when it comes to the way the combat works is not a good route. Things like realistic damage make 'sense' but its a game and an RPG at that. I also universally despise stamina systems in any game. It is nothing more than a nanny. These 'realism' suggestions are perfect for mods because of how abrasive and polarizing they are. You either like them or despise them. Any game I have played I have never once asked "You know it would be great if this video game was more realistic."

Is it me or did the update make trade route prices extremely high even with the trade dev point. I’m getting trade routes in the thousands?

Updates made the trading prices way high? Or is that a bug, trade routes are now in the thousands? Is that a bug?

you can specify which fields should be worked by which farmhouse crew by using the "limited work area" function, this prevents the migration harvest you're seeing right here by limiting the workers of each farmhouse to a specific set of fields within a given proximity, just like with woodcutters ect.

Trading between different region you own is a change I saw people wanted for the packing station. I should be able to send any resource I have store to my other regions without the need to bargain with the pack station. Instead he given that to the trading post and made the packing station completely useless. So where is the Incentive now to even build a packing station if I can just build a trading post that does what it doesn't? It like the dev took the easier route and not overhaul the pack station and just give to best of everything to the trading post.

I think the foundations of this game is brilliant. One thing that it is missing for me is a narrative. I get that it is a sandbox village builder, but I think a campaign that you slowly develop through and has things locked until the next level would be a good idea (sort of similar to Knights and Merchants). Otherwise once you get to the biggest town and get all the regions there isn't anything new to do other than repeat on a higher difficulty. Keen to hear other peoples thoughts.
