I would like to advise that Shopify is an e-commerce platform that enables merchants to manage their online businesses. However, it's important to note that Shopify does not conduct business on behalf of merchants. This means that Shopify does not oversee any aspects of the merchant's business, including orders, products, shipping, or day-to-day activities. Shopify provides the tools and infrastructure for merchants to run their businesses independently. As you are unable to contact the merchant, the next step is to contact your bank, as some financial institutions have consumer protection mechanisms and will be able to check what options are available to help you with this situation.       Hi, there. Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, do you have access to your recovery codes? If so, I recommend checking your downloads' folder for a file named “shopify_recovery_codes”. This is the default file name that is given to the recovery codes.

      Hey Claude! To create a shipping label from a draft order on Shopify, first convert the draft into an active order by clicking Mark as paid or Send invoice. Then, go to Orders, select the order, and click Create shipping label. You can learn more here: shopify.link/o554.

      Thanks for the additional context. The 'Upload zip file' button is located under the 'Theme library' section, and you'll see a button to 'Add theme' - shopify.link/lGvK. However, it's important to note that if your store is using the Starter plan, then you wouldn't be able to add or change themes as this plan only includes the Spotlight theme.       I’m actually quite surprised how little love small biz owners get from Shopify. We need 10+ subscription apps to get low level functionality like a “free shipping bar, up/cross sell, or better bundles functionality. To begin with, small businesses just want their small biz to work and scale. Feels like we have to give a cut of our already small margins, all the way to the bank, to place the penny that is left.

    How to fix barcodes that no longer scan when it used to? Only a few new styles or variants in my situation would pop up when scanned. All the older styles that used to scan no longer scans which is probably more than 90% of inventory. The team now when ringing up sales type in the # code manually because the ipad no longer scans. Any help on that? I couldn't find anything on line and i saw that other people had the same issues as i do.
