Locations Overview || Shopify Help Center

shopify is so difficult to set up . i have no idea what to put into locations section .

I have no inventory at a physical location yet there is a location set at my home address. I have supliful as a fulfillment center and I need that to be the default location. How do I do that? Please help I have orders I cannot ship.
