So does the quick order list only work if you use a free shopify template? I have purchased a template because I don't want my store to look like everyone elses. This is a very important part of my company. Also the B2B pricing is not showing up when logged in as a B2B customer.

Can someone help me !? I changed my phone number and now when I try to log in my store, it send a code to my old phone number because of the two-factor authentication? Is there anyway way that I can get my store back ?!?!

When I switch to B2B context in the customizer, I can no longer link to metafields using dynamic source. I'm able to access them with a custom liquid block, but I'd like to use existing sections for layout/design purposes and add dynamic content (customer name, company name, sales rep metaobject) through a link to a dynamic source. Is this possible?

Hi Mike, great question. Can you tell me what theme you're using? It'll help me understand how to help you better.

@@ShopifyHelpCenter Thanks! I'm using Dawn 6.0 (I think, it was early '23 when installed), with some customizations made here and there. The dynamic link buttons appear when in Default Context, but disappear when I switch to B2B. I hope that helps clarify my issue.

Thank you for that information. At this time you won't be able to link the metafields using dynamic sources with b2b as it's still a new feature we have added and I believe our developers are working on b2b having the same features but they might need some time. In the meantime I can still send this to our developers as a feature request. The more people we have send requests, the more our developers know this is something that is needed for our merchants. Before I send this report, did you want to include any other information for me to add?

@@ShopifyHelpCenter ah, ok sounds good! I’ve made this request with our rep, but it’d be great to be able to edit the “profile” page the B2B customers see after logging in. Add menu items, display sales rep info, add quick links to collections/products they get a discount for, etc. some of that could be done on the front end, but I think it’d be good to put that in front of them sooner, as the backend page will be the first thing they see after logging in. Thanks!

I've been waiting 17 days for someone from support to assist - a simple typo in bank details, unable to receive six thousand dollars of store revenue. Store is 20 days old and about to fail. I just keep getting "your call is important to us" style replies from general support agents, asking me to " rest assured, the team is actively working on the issue". Actively? It would take minutes to fix. Can anyone help?

Hi, Dean. I am sorry to hear about this situation. It sounds like you have already been in touch with our team - have they indicated that this is being investigated and worked on, and that you will receive an update via email as soon as possible?

@@ShopifyHelpCenter yes, but they have said the same thing every time I follow up, no contact from the actual account integrity team, who apparently need to action this.

Thank you for confirming that. Our Account Integrity team is working through a larger than normal queue, but rest assured they will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. -Greta

Add the vat number field inside the checkout for all stores. If I sell in Europe to an other country European company, they should not have taxes on that order.
Most of the businesses do not contact you before purchase and they do not share vat details if there is not a field in the checkout

      Hello! Great question.
You can think about adding a section on the shopping cart page where customers can enter their TAX ID. To do this, you can follow the instructions provided in a guide (shopify.link/JP4v).
If you want more information on how to use cart attributes to collect additional details, you can refer to a detailed guide on Shopify (shopify.link/erB3). Another option is to use third-party apps that can assist in capturing VAT numbers. One such app is Sufio: Professional Invoices (shopify.link/2j8z).

@@ShopifyHelpCenter TAX ID field should be available directly in the checkout, like in all the other platforms, you need to look into this.

why do you delete my replies? I am saying the truth, you need to implement the TAX ID field inside the checkout for European companies. We are talking about taxes issues here, it is important.
