Hi, there! Shopify Shipping is a specific Shopify feature that lets merchants connect their Shopify account with Shopify's shipping carrier accounts. You can learn more about it here: shopify.link/Q18v. That being said, this is only available in certain regions, which is why only certain regions are mentioned in this video. That being said, if you received a damaged product from the seller, it is best to contact them directly. You can try replying to your order confirmation email, or locating any social media handles to contact them on their website.
