How many ways are available by which I can get paid from shopify from Bangladesh. If I add paypal as my money withdrawal option and my customers pay using his credit card then how will it works. Am I still getting payments using paypal even though customers pay through credit/visa/mastercard?

If the app is listed on the Shopify App Store, you can search it from there and contact the app developer directly. If you're unsure of the name, you should have received an email regarding the charge and the name of the app should be displayed.
