The reason American sports will never be in the level of world Football is *because* the culture is different. The way I see it, most Americans only view sport as entertainment, while in the rest of the world it means much more. So yeah, you'd say how better things could be if there was relegation, but at the end of the day you don't really care about the level of sport, you're just going to see a sport, and unless people stop watching the owners of the centralized leagues don't mind keep sharing their profits each seasons without the need to change

Great video. From a fellow United States Spurs fan, I too don’t get the rivalry from the perspective of A UK Born and raised spurs fan. But I too feel very disappointed and discouraged by the mentality of fans who care about another’s teams success or failures. It has nothing to do with Spurs whatsoever, to reach that next step we have to want to win at any costs necessary. I really hope ange stays, I love him as a manager and person, he’s genuine and someone who cares about winning and his performances, not any of that other BS. We NEED him as a manager to take that next step, and this interview shows that.

I understand Ange's frustration with fans who wanted Spurs to lose to Man City, but he needs to understand that we have been starved of trophies since ENIC took over Spurs. We have only won one League Cup since 2001. Every year, Levy has been making promises to build a strong team that can compete for the league title. Our best player, Harry Kane, left the club because Levy didn't sign quality players to play alongside him. We, the fans, remain loyal to our beloved club. Managers may come and go; there's no loyalty, that's the norm. Who knows, one day Ange may manage our fiercest rival, Arsenal. Stop making unnecessary comments about us, the loyal fans, Ange. Do your job, we will give you the time you need, and we hope you do well and give us the success we've been craving for. The truth of the matter is that we are not winning any trophies under the management of ENIC & Levy. We will always be good at managing our finances, but the footballing side will be unsuccessful. We will continue hiring great managers, and they will come and they will go. The fans will always remain loyal no matter what happens. We love our club a lot.

It was embarrassing to see Spurs fans celebrating after City score, huge club with a small club mentality. They have to give Ange what he wants in the summer to boost the depth of the squad. 5th in the league, just a couple of results off CL football in his first season playing arguably the most expansive football in the whole league. A lot of Spurs fans were moaning about the dull football under Conte and Mourinho, what do they want?! If they next couple of years go well for Spurs I can see him as a potential replacement for Pep at City. He fits the mould tactically.
