How much did this cost installed?

Would this video explain possibly why one indoor unit doesn’t work very well compared to the other indoor units? We have two that blow nice cold air and one that doesn’t.

Not pulling the blower wheel on a dirty unit or the condensate tray is a sign: It’s spelled HALF ASS.

Curious, I can never get a straight answer on this. Does the side discharge unit discharge toward the house or away from the house?

The big problem here is that the AC guys rip everyone off and all the homeowners know it. They put outrageous markups on the Mitsubishi equipment and charged outrageous install fees. They put it in an all-in-one price in an attempt to hide everything yet it's fairly easy to find out what these Mitsubishi systems cost. Screw these HVAC guys they are totally greedy

I would agree the average diyer should leave these alone, especially the electrical side of it. That sound i just finished installing my 5th condensor and 12 head unit. They all work awesome and we use them for heating and cooling. We had a cold snap here in Colorado where it was in the negatives for a few days and the worked great. Im glad these were an option since pro installs would have been insanely expense.

Hope they removed the blow in insulation from that drain pan. Asking for trouble as the drain pan drain line will probably get clogged.

Nice installation. I have a single surge suppressor on my 48k Mitsubishi and I will probably invest in the line reactor combo unit on my next build. Also, the anti vibration stand off is totally necessary. I have had one lift mechanism go out on one of the mxz ceiling cassettes. The ducted air handler combination and classic wall mount air handler is the best configuration for condensate draining IMO.

To anyone watching, these units are Electricity guzzlers! I have two of these running 8 mini splits (4 each), the electricity bill is maybe $100-$200 less than running radiant heat in those rooms except now I owe $30k! Total Bologna and not worth the investment unless you got solar or a new build going on! Get gas instead, much much cheaper!

Mr Cool doesnt stand behind their products. My 36000 btu unit developed a weird bearing noise thats so loud and irritating its a manufacturing defect and mr cool wants me to pay for the parts. Stick with Mitsubishi a well known reputable brand Me cool still hasnt resolved my issues. And guess what when this junk finally dies ill be installing Mitsubishi or LG for my home
