11c cloudy with drizzle, not to bad for the beginning of December. Thanks Gavin, try and pull something out the bag. Nearly everywhere is having a heatwave but us. I know I am repeating myself, but go and have a look at the next 2 weeks in Moscow.

Looks like I missed a fun live stream. Regarding the question of Mt Pinatubo - yes it did have a cooling effect and it lasted about 2 years before it began to dissipate. I can't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head though.

Cheers Gav. All looks rather uninspiring for the next 10 days if you like warm sunny weather. Early days but I have a horrible feeling this month will be rather underwhelming like last July. At least my expectations are low so if some hot sunny weather does make an appearance it will be a pleasant surprise.
