Ten Day Forecast: Cool And Unsettled First Half To July?

- Hello everyone and thanks for tuning in to today's ten day forecast video update. We're going to look at the weather for the next ten to fourteen days. Day ten will take us to 7th July - and we'll be able to extend out beyond that with the extended and ECM ensembles (they run to around a couple of weeks) We'll have a look at the CFS V2 for the next four weeks at the end of the video...
The weather is turning cooler and fresher after the recent very warm spell but most places are still dry away from Scotland. The rest of the week will bring a lot of dry weather and reasonably warm temperatures but looking ahead to next week, cooler northwesterly wind will bring showers to the north and west with in weather looking increasingly cool and unsettled for the first half of July with todays model output...

Just looked at Moscow and in the next 14 days the coolest day is 27c. I often find that in the UKs bad summers Moscow and far Eastern Europe are quite hot.

No summer at all this year by the looks of things! At least last year there was 3 weeks of summer in June.

It’s very unusual for this somewhat autumnal feel in July. Makes me feel sad and depressed. The jet stream? Green blob dragging the crummy weather with it. I need a holiday pad abroad

Yes and they say the jet is moving progressively further north too! Global warming etc, it’s clearly moving further south lately

This is all looking like a repeat of July 2023 unfortunately when summer 2023 went down the tubes and never recovered
Cool summer, and I can pretty much say it will then be a warm winter.
We will see how the rest the summer bans out.

Could do with some cool and wet weather. Them 4 days of heat has felt like a lifetime
9 months of rain and cloud has about broken me, the 4 days of heat had lifted my spirits, I also have a lot of health problems to.
Cold summers warm winters these days ridiculous! 4 days of summer then weeks and weeks of rubbish AGAIN 🥱

@@kirstyhunter3131 Our weather is unpredictable and being 57 seen enough ups and downs.. fed up with seeing no snow where i live. (Hampshire). Alot on here air their frustrations but what can we do.. Just smile sweetly and carry on.
It is very disappointing, thats for sure.
Good updates pity the weather is absolute crap with all the green blobs of snot. Hopefully they will be all wrong.
