2:03 Regardless of the rule, the cop could have handled that differently. If the dude was as injured as the video and article on the issue said he was, there must have been another way. Not the right way to handle it, the guy doesn't deserve to be seriously injured because he was using an ATV on a road that prohibits them. I don't care what the law says, this goes beyond that. The police department should pay for his medical bills (since they definitely can afford to and caused more damage than they likely intented.)
