0:52 cammer raging and reckless driving there was no need for that
The cammer would share in the fault especially if they share the video
1:08 That’s a weird way to write “I tailgaited a guy that was driving aggressively and cut me off and got brake checked by said crazy driver as a result”
Another piss ant cammer.
Guy in front might have been turning right - we'll never know. No excuse for the cammer to be that close.
Road raging cammer had to come up with a story for the insurance company.
So youre saying I can brake check anyone tailgating me?
That's a weird way to say, "Somebody passed me and I got so butt-hurt by it I chased after them in an emotionally compromised rage and caused an accident."
1:12, the Honda ISN'T to blame...you're driving up his arse.
I wonder if the cammer would claim 'it's closer than it looks" in this instance.. lol..
Which wouldn't have happened if the Honda didn't brake check. Cammer is a road raging idiot, no doubt, but the fault is 100% on the Honda for the accident.
Honda could probably claim he had to brake due to the car ahead of him, even if that's not true, the camer would have trouble proving the lie as they were so close to the Honda you can't actually see around them.
0:55 two road ragers acting a fool in the streets.
True love will find a way!
But why no mention from the cammer of 'it was much closer than it looked because of wide angle lens'?
Because it wasn't! 😆 @@Genious.
omg. I want to give one of them my "Jerk Of The Month" award, but can't decide which
I did some research on the clip at 4:53. The wrong way driver was drunk, She had her two year old in the back, and the drunk driver and DPS sergeant were taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries and the 2 year old was unharmed and placed into the custody of child services. The woman was charged with attempted 2nd-degree homicide, aggravated assault, endangerment, aggravated DUI and child abuse.
It looks like she intentionally hit that cop head on. Turned into him instead of away.
9:03 you see someone pulling out not paying attention, common sense says slow down not keep going the same speed and purposely plow into them. You are to blame Brayden because you werent in control of your common sense
You are right and I hate when people call that an ACCIDENT THIS is an avoidable COLLISION ! an accident is an unavoidable incident. And some of these idiots seem to think the horn will make your car stop!
4:47 That New Yorker needs an extra citation for panic stopping in high speed lane, almost causing a pile-up!
#4. I think someone needs to change their BS story.
Immediately thought "major road rage with those maneuvers. Someone doesn't want to admit they get angry to quickly 1:09
3:22 the car flying almost perfect in front of the dash cam driver
😂 lol !! I was going to say that 😅 A 360 Parallel Parking 🤣
0:52 Great job with the steering wheel. Did you ever wonder what that big pedal to the left of the gas pedal is for? It could have come in handy.
0:52: Road rage, pure and simple. Cammer was driving reasonably... right up until they felt like they got cut off, which they weren't, and decided to get up on the other guy's ass over it. The Pilot then decided to retaliate by brake checking. Two road raging idiots.
Yes, two road raging idiots but most people watching these channels assign majority blame to the first person to act like an idiot, which in this case is the cammer since his butt-hurt feelings about being "cutoff" were absurd.
Man, clip #14 was awesome. Great move by the police officer.
3:20 car going straight didnt run the red light they had the right of way
Depending on the state running the yellow is also not permitted. See restricted yellow vs permissive yellow. Also, in certain states, if you are speeding, your right of way is rescinded. So, the car going straight may be liable depending on jurisdiction.
@@pa28cfi wrong. here come the left turn supremists
@@pa28cfi California (the state the video was filmed) has no violation for going through a yellow light. Turning car at fault.
Yep. People think being in a hurry to turn gives them right of way. Also 90% of the traffic lights on my commute only turns red for one side while oncoming traffic gets a green light plus arrow.
Can't speak to if the car going straight was speeding or not, but this is clearly the fault of the car turning left, you have to ensure the intersection is clear before you turn left.
9:07 cammer sees them pull out but wants to damage his car anyway
Looks like the cammer even speeded up to make this happen as well
I hear locked up brakes so they tried at least.
@@milanlatona7363 reminds me of the guy standing in front of Austin Powers on the compactor. That's about how much they "tried", IMO
@@nealsmith1649I feel like the guy had enough time to send mail to the other person letting them know he was going to hit them in the time he had.
@@milanlatona7363i hear stereo noise and horn. No brakes.
#14 - at first glance I had no idea what was going on but that cop took one for the team for sure.
The anti police people would only post a vid to time 500 then claim that " police ran them off the road and didn't stop ."
It wasn't until the end of that clip that I realized what was going on. That officer indeed pulled a Protect and serve manuever
1:00 good luck with your insurance if you show them this video
They'd have an even harder time proving not at fault without the video, as they rear ended someone.
@@scottthewaterwarrior not just for this incident. The way he's driving. Would you insure him?
@@steveroyer1628 Of course not! In fact, my point is that things would likely go even worse for him without the video. With it, they could maybe get the other person placed partially at fault, without, he rear ended someone so is 100% at fault!
9:10 RAMMING SPEED
9:03 Push the big pedal under the steering wheel, not the big button on it, or hey, be daring and push both. Looks like you had some time to stop, but didn't.
#4 No freakin way the pilot was at fault..sure he was driving recklessly, but cammer followed along and did the same thing til the pilot hit the brakes lol
0:53 #4 Raging cammer obviously at fault.
Definitely not 😂, both are at fault. You can’t blame the cammer for someone brake checking him.
Definitely so. Cammer was the one tailgating. Cammer was the one who didn’t drive away. Cammer was the one who rear ended the Pilot. Cammer was the one who had a chance to do nothing but decided not to in a schlong waving contest and lost.
Most of the crashes could be avoided by being just alert....not even overtly alert...just normal alert. Look further ahead and give space to idiots.
0:59 You were both driving like maniacs.
4:33 I’m sure the cop was impressed with their prompt response to getting pulled over and let them off with a warning
LOL!!
9:14 is 4 seconds not enough time to stop or even slow down?
Cammer definitely distracted or need insurance money 😂
@@scottfrank5903lmao dude accelerated into the back of them 😂
@@scottfrank5903 I've always wondered how that works? Wouldn't they need to use the insurance money to fix their car? I mean maybe if they got an auto shop/doctor in on it to make up a bunch of stuff, but then they risk going to prison for fraud.
@@scottthewaterwarrior Where I live my insurance company will pay the $ amount to me for the cost of repairs. What I do with the money is my decision, but they've discharged their responsibility once they've paid. Lots of banged up cars driving around here that had insurance claims paid out and the owner's pocketed the cash.
@@bukka6697 I rather like my car _not_ smashed, but even if I didn't care, that tactic only works if the car remains drivable after the crash. Like even if the car can still physically drive, it may no longer be road legal if there is damage to the lighting equipment or mirrors. Also in a case like this, the insurance company could decide to apply the Last Clear Chance Doctrine, find them at least partially at fault, and raise their rates accordingly.
2:05
What a bright future he has ahead of him.. Best mom in the world right :)
#26 8:55 - The black sedan would be at fault since they rolled through a stop sign. White sedan was already there so it would be their turn.
That idiotic question was comment-bait. The answer is obvious.
Was looking for this comment 😭😭👏🏾
4:13 Us: "Was it worth it?"
Cammer: "Absolutely not & I'm lucky to be alive." 💯
I saw nothing to make me think cammer 'sped up' to prevent the merge.
@@JohnH0130 Other than him speeding up to prevent the merge. But hey at least he will get to pay more in insurance premiums which is a plus.
I'm pretty sure I was responding to a comment that has been deleted. Still not seeing any acceleration, though cammer's reaction time does seem a tad slow.
@@JohnH0130 There is a steady, generous gap ahead. When someone faster sees it, they want in. So the gap closes, and closes, until he runs into the back of the car that took the spot. I'm sure dramatic arm flailing and wrenching on the steering wheel took place when the pit didn't work, resulting in him blocking everyone behind him for being a fool. The traffic didn't slow, what do you imagine would cause the gap to close if he didn't speed up?
@@Fauxcault_They did NOT speed up. Please stop the victim blaming that this channel is all about these days.
#14 - That Sergeant is a real hero!!
What a boss!
4:45 Ohhhh, someone's about to get an earfull from the office. Two earfulls... ears full? That was a license-dicing level of boneheaded.
5:15 This is from 2018. The date and time has been cut off the original dashcam video. The wrong way driver is in jail as of 12/15/2020.
Also, it was not just a wrong way driver. She was feeing and had a blood content of .35+
I live in northern AZ and I seen this on the news . Officer saved lives that day 😎👍
@@scottfrank5903 saved the cams life..
Don't forget she had her 2 year old child in the car as well.
4:25 That's what you get lol. Glad you didn't take out anyone else with you.
The only bad thing here is that the moron probably clogged up the outbound Edens Expressway (I-94, IL) for a while.
5:18 great job by AZDPS. I would have been out of my car making sure he was ok!
0:57 Looks to me like the cammer decided to escalate from 0 to 100, nearly rear ended a Ford in the left lane, and took 5 business days to react to the Honda slowing down. The brake lights were on for ages and they were approaching an intersection. Sure the Honda was driving recklessly but the cammer decided an accident had to happen and it’s 100% on the cammer.
3:21 The caption says "this accident was caused by drivers who ran red lights." In all sincerity, in my experience, the left-turning car would almost certainly be fount at total-fault; always make absolutely certain it's safe to cross oncoming traffic, even if you're just as certain they have a red light, too (trust me, it's remarkably common in the 4 states I worked in for it to be total-fault on the white Toyota).
Depends on the state. Look up restrictive yellow. I was t-boned by a speeder when I was clearing the intersection on yellow and found not at fault. Speeding also negates having the right of way where I am.
@@pa28cfi I hear you. I suppose my only point was about always being as careful & as certain as possible when turning across oncoming traffic including in the case of a red light.
The usual result when two impatient drivers try to out stupid one another. The light turned red almost at the moment of impact, my guess is the driver of the white car was found at fault for failing to yield.
@pa28cfi This appears to be in California, where there is no such law. Also, you have to be able to prove the speed for it to become a factor in court. By law, failing to yield on a left turn is at fault.
7:50 The pullover seems like a stretch. Cammer was definitely NOT cut off. There was plenty of space and traffic was slow.
More likely it was for changing multiple lanes at once. I'd say crossing a solid white line too, but in MD that's not actually illegal.
How many times are you gonna repeat number 6? That’s the third video I’ve seen it in.
Number 5 was a couple years old. Lots of really old clips lately. I've stopped giving them a like until things improve.
Are you watching the same video I did? #6 was only shown once. Where else did you see it?
9:08 LOL
3:23 The white car failed to yield.
Correct.
#14. Hero💪🏼
6:17
To be fair, there is A LOT of paint in that intersection.
Maybe, but those guide lines are perfectly clear.
7:32
Caption has nothing to do with the video aside from the cammer went on the shoulder and didnt stop.
Looks to me like the cammer wasnt paying attention either or they would have stopped on the road.
Storyline almost nailed it again on #15 saying "Two cars hit almost head on." I can see a van and a car that did hit head on. Which cars almost hit?
It wasn't even a head on, the van pulled out in front of the other car.
@@mikesmith-po8nd ESL? "Hit almost head-on" means they did hit, but not quite head-on. Van was only halfway into his turn.
8:35
Got horn?
Not at the moment. But I guess watching driving videos affects us all differently.
Why are there so many of these asking who was at fault. if you have been driving for any amount of time the answer is obvious in all cases.
its just trolling for engagement, who is at fault is usually very clear.
@@CurtinChad Ms. Storyline was at fault ;)
Once again, you wonder why insurance rates are high.
0:55 Um... we can tell the clip subtitle is a lie... you were 100% at fault for reckless operation, assured clear distances. You began road raging for nothing and caused an accident.
#10 @ 3:17: I wish whoever writes the text would actually study the video before coming to conclusions and making judgemental pronouncements. This collision was the classic left-turn on yellow vs. opposing straight on yellow scenario. It's clear in the video that both cars made the yellow, but the left turn driver failed to anticipate opposing traffic might also be running for the yellow to go straight. Happens all the time. Parents - when your kids learn to drive be sure to teach them about this scenario.
#23 that was not a cut-off. You gave them plenty of space.
Agree, he had plenty of space. Please don't say its your lens, your lights where hitting ground, that's a ton of space
Looks like he crossed two lanes without pausing - more likely what he was stopped for.
1:09 Lol nope. You were following way too close...100% on you there bud.
Remember, folks, road rage doesn't solve anything. It only makes the roads more dangerous for everyone.
3:30 #10 I can just imagine Ace Ventura's "like a glove" being called out here
2:05 I don't think you should go around telling people that a 17 year old rubbed your area.
#12 couldv tapped the brakes but decided "my lane,my space,my world"🤣🤣🤣 and #27 should just have his license taken away intentionally causing a crash
2:34 Definitely not what I expected the caption to read, but its a welcome surprise. I hope he learned a lesson.
Not me waiting until that one day where my mom does some stupid bs like this
5:00 Balls of steel!!
9:13 - Sees car slowing pulling out. Hits horn instead of brakes because apparently horns magically reverse whatever is being honked out. Hits car. Acts surprised. Or just wasn't paying attention in the first place.
On incident number fourteen, did the driver check on the Police officer that just saved their life? That was one brave and heroic officer. There is nothing more terrifying than a wrong-way driver on a highway. I've encountered two of them before on my travels.
#15 5:22 "Almost" you say? Yeah, and the cammer's semi was almost red.
Read more carefully.
#10
Perfect placement for the at-fault vehicle, though it sucks for the SUV driver. Pure nonsense why you'd follow the vehicle ahead of you like you're a trailer attachment.
#11
What a prick.
3:11 "It is not clear what caused this incident, but my best guess..."
As soon as MDS start guessing, I stop reading.
Should've put #8 and #19 together since they were the same intersection... and wow, bad luck there.
The narrator has some of the DUMBEST captions. I swear it's written by an emotional teenager.
Written by the cammer..
@@Mr.Myrdok The cammer? Of all the videos? Which one?
You have a little drool on your shirt, sweetheart.
I think it's a combination of their first language not being English and them deliberately making stupid errors to make people comment and feed the mighty CZcams algorithm.
@@Up2_nogood me thinks youre new, honey.
If you go to the cammers channel, that is what they typed. This channel gets permission or a submission from the cammer to post the clip.
@Mr.Myrdok You seem like the kind of person that believes everything they read on the internet. ;^)
#25 @ 8:36: Kudos and props to the dashcam driver for not making a horn-honking road-raging spectacle of this by simply driving defensively and avoiding a collision. Shit happens on the road, usually an honest mistake on someone's part. Deal with it.
3:26 sent him back into a lane 😂
Damn I hope that sergeant, that took the head on, got a citation. Balls of steel.
8:22 this is way too common
#10 This is the fruits of chasing a stale yellow
Kenosha. - Dang, I feel like I should recognize this corner, but it's been too many years away.
Corvette guy - more horsepower than brains, and even fewer manners. Driving IS a form of social interaction. If you antisocial, please travel during non-peak times.
I hate to tell you this but second clip is Fort Washington, PA.... not MD. This is the PATP (Pennsylvania Turnpike)
#4, why did you feel the need to be aggressively tailgating?
Great video!😸
"I didn't see you." Helen Keller saw that coming. When did they end the eye test for getting a driver's license?
Pausing @3:23 the black car is almost all the way through the intersection while the light is still yellow, thus they did not run it. White car at fault.
Depends on the state. Look up restrictive yellow.
@@pa28cfi Yes, there are variances on a state by state case. Mine for example, you’re clear to proceed. others require to stop on yellow if physically able to (straight physics) safely.
3:21: Gray sedan made the yellow. White compact failed to yield, tried to cut the corner, and is at fault. We cannot prove speed without time and distance, so it's not a mitigating factor.
There was a reason, back in the late 80's and 90's that people would drive around really beater cars. I do think they should be coming back in style soon.
4:14 Let's get it straight. Trying to merge over when there's only a little room is stupid driving, but accelerating to prevent someone from merging is road rage.
"Car almost get plowed"
0:23 nice music choice 👌🏽
0:52 - Yes, much better to have 2 d-bags on the road, instead of just 1.
"CORRCET DATE"
My girdle's killing me!
Storyline got it wrong again. 5:44 They did not hit almost head-on. The van pulled out from the side road right in front of the car! Do y'all even watch the videos before writing the captions??
And at 7:44 Caption was obviously intended for a different clip!
8:56 Well you thought wrong again. The white car had the right of way and was proceeding correctly. The black car tried to go out of turn.
3:26 perfectly positioned, now continue driving white car.
That other vehicle's version of get yo ass back in line
8:50 - Based on the comment from MegaDrivingSchool I am convinced that they're literally stupid. You have such bad takes on who's at fault that it's amazing.
3:23 they didn’t run a red, they turned when it was not clear to do so in an attempt to beat the yellow light because oh no, how terrible it would be to have to stop and wait 1-2 minutes before it turns green again.
#09 3:04 There is much more to this than the cammer caught. Neither was going to stop. I am thinking road rage on one and/or both.
#20 7:01 Waiting for the "break-check" and/or "blind-spot" excuses. Another CDL bites the dust.
#10 perfectly parallel parked it
3:23 is exactly why you shouldn't play "beat the red light." I know it doesn't work like that. but both drivers should be responsible for their own damages for being idiots.
4:14 Wrote a check their ass couldn't cash.
As you can see, the cammer pulled to the shoulder because she had absolutely no reaction time available because of tailgating the driver she wanted to tattle on.
Video 4- Sorry muffin but the Honda Pilot isn’t at fault. You are. You’re the one who rear ended him. You’re the one who engaged with a rager. Youre the one who followed too closely after it passed you. You’re the one who had an opportunity to take a hint from Elsa and LET IT GO and you didn’t. Enjoy those higher insurance premiums.
3:18 white car is at fault. Neither party ran a red light. Both entered on a yellow. White car needed to yield the right of way. Maybe comparable negligence on the other vehicle for speed, but a small percentage. It won’t affect his premium.
Nice 360….
6:04
No it didnt..drama queen.
#11 3:42 "pleasewipeoutpleasewipeoutpleasewipeoutpleasewipeout" *sound of disappointment*
Clip 7 is why I ALWAYS check my left before getting into the left turn lane.
3:28 The driver of the white car isn't supposed to enter the intersection until clear and/or the light has turned red. You can place most of the blame on the white car.
#12, and like many others we’ve seen, the cammer knows damn well what the other car is going to do, but rather than brake to avoid a collision, they’ll speed up a bit, thinking they can block the car. #12 could have done more to avoid totaling her car.
0:52 the cammer is at fault for following too closely. This is in California. I guarantee he’s at fault. I work California accident claims. Unless you have video in front of the pilot that PROVES he had no reason to brake, you’re at fault.
9:06 It's a shame they don't install a brake pedal to slow down when somebody pulls out in front of you. 🤦♂
