#15 is excellent. Pickup pays attention, moves left to shoulder to spare himself and car in front of him. Truck then nails pickup driving it into the car. Pickup driver is probably thinking that sometimes it just doesn't pay to get out of bed in the morning.

From the position of the pickup's rear bumper, it looked like he had a heavy load... I've had a truck like that, it was a real workhorse but when loaded, it had NO get up and go! Just sayin'.
if you can't get up and go and there's someone 1 second from your position don't pull out in front of them, wait until you have room to get up to speed

The comment about lost brakes has to be referring to the vehicle that just keeps going after everything else had stopped. It clearly does not produce that skid mark. Its wheels don't follow the mark, it's no going fast enough, and the mark is here before the vehicle passes it.
3:28: Probably 50/50. That beige sedan is also driving right down the center of the roadway. So, one driving down the center, the other cutting the corner. 50/50. Both drivers need to keep right.

Looks like imho, some of the truckers (semi) are driving a wee too fast for conditions and not paying attention to slowing traffic.

4:26 are those lights always flashing, or only when there's a ped? That guy was about impossible to see behind two trash cans and a light pole...terrible spot for a crosswalk.
At the very start of the clip the lights aren't flashing, and the pedestrian's right hand is on the post at the fence line. He has just pressed the button that starts the lights flashing.
The lights are flashing for 5 seconds before the car goes through the crossing. There are signs on the posts marking the crossing, as well as stripes on the road, Xs on yellow plates strung above and Xs painted on the road on the approach sides of the crossing. They've really made it very obvious. (And there's a queue of cars in the other lane, as though waiting at the crossing. The driver had no excuse.)
There's a button to press that sets them off before crossing (grew up in Toronto)!

None of the semi truck drivers were paying attention to the traffic surrounding them. Distracted driving I guess? While watching I was wondering why there was so much of this in one video. Usually we see this happening mostly with 4-wheelers.

Yes, and probably varies by jurisdiction. Where I'm at, you have to report if damages are over $2k or if there's injuries.

I had a minor fender bender and the guy who hit me gave me his info and insurance... I went to my insurance to get my car fixed but they said I needed a police report number. So, I got that and started the process to fix my rear bumper. Turns out it was a good thing I reported it because the other guy's insurance was crap and he tried ghosting me. I got my car fixed, his insurance paid, and he was arrested for an outstanding warrant!

I remember a few days ago I nearly got in a car crash with my mom and dad, my dad started cussing and I got completely frozen.

Absolutely correct! It's always a pick up, Prius, BMW, Audi. Comments like that don't take into account that we purchase what the market offers, not necessarily what we desire. How many manufacturers have cut down to 1 to 3 models of sedans, while telling us that the market wants suvs and trucks? They are telling us what they want the market to be, not what we want the market to be. We are buying what's available. Go to Europe or the rest of the world and that's not the case, you have many more choices. They're deciding for us, depending on they're ideas of profits, what we should purchase. Just because you see more of a specific vehicle does not mean those drivers are worse, they're just more common. I'm sure exotic car or high output cars get in more trouble due to driver abilities, they are just less common. Look at the reputation we give Mustang and Charger drivers. Now think if Ferraris were more common!

1:39 This was Monday (4/15/24) morning when those protesters blocked access to O'Hare on I-190. The traffic jams backed up onto I-90 (seen here) as far as Elmhurst Rd, and the other way on I-90 as well.

Speed limit was 35, he was going 38/39. Technically speeding, yes, but not in the context of "speeds through a yellow light." No cop on the planet would've pulled him over for that. Which brings me to the yellow light part. It turned yellow almost immediately as he was under it. Nobody could've stopped and it'd be unreasonable to expect anybody to do so. The cammer was in clear view of the old Ford and that person should've obviously never pulled out. I'll give you the illegal pass part, but everything else you're complaining about that the cammer did was just fine. Not sure why on earth you'd be openly sticking up for one driver cutting another driver off that badly.

Clip 19: The car is wrong for passing to the right of a semi obviously setting up a wide turn. HOWEVER.....the goal as a truck driver is to keep your trailer as close as possible to the curb to prevent that very situation.

I appreciate the addition of these anonymous videos of at-fault truck drivers, but could we get just a crumb of description to go with them? Even if you don't want to ID the company or the driver, just send in the video with some sort of comment, like "he looked away for just a second and that was the end of his career" or "turns out he was on speed and he's facing six months in jail" or something.

#8 This is one of the worst spots to merge in PA. Rt 322 just west of I-95. The stretch of 322 from the Commodore Barry Bridge to Foulk Road is also where they put all the potholes that won't fit anywhere else.
