Your description at 6:54 is wrong.
0:25 I thought maybe the bottle was flipped up by the rear tires, but after watching it several times, it was thrown by someone in the back seat. What a jackass.
I really don't understand the mentality of people that do this. It's the same with the many people going around keying Teslas.
@@Genious.Or keying any car
Utter cowardice.
I've actually heard of someone being accused of attempted murder for stuff like this. It's serious.
If you are on desktop, you can press the spacebar to pause and then use the , and . keys to go backwards and forward frame by frame.
"Jesus Christ" ... "Pardon me, invalid command" 😂
Psst! Onstar is run by Atheists! Pass it on! 🤣🤣🤣
The way that guy says Jesus Christ and then you see the tree just smacking the hell out of his car has me dying. That’s so hilarious.
8:48 Cammer was too busy trying to beat the yellow, if the red car didnt stop they wouldve gone through the red.
It's crazy how much it costs to repair minor damage these days.
New cars are full of hidden sensors and each airbag deployed costs between 3000$ and 7000$ and front wheel drive systems are fragile.
@@pierredaigneault5615 That... plus some good ol' markup for extra profits. That little sensor PCB isn't worth an extra few thousand dollars, no, but what are you gonna do? Not pay for it?
3:53 "Everyone was alive." That's good to hear -- no zombies were out driving.

1:46 I'm not sure about Lyft, but I know for a fact you can't work for Uber unless your insurance is up to date.
They make you upload photo of insurance and registration
@@mariettadashcam6857 You can't register your car without it, but they also sell uninsured driver insurance, so what's that tell you? :)
You could easily pay it 1x every six months. You get the insurance cards that show you're good from x-date to y-date then just stop paying. I know people who do this. It pisses me off. I wish insurance companies would black list anyone who does it.
@@xaviercavalier4822 Yep. Or they get the insurance, and as soon as the card shows up they cancel it for a refund.
8:21 Its insane that you have to go through so many problems while you're obviously at no fault
1:48 Wait, what? This lady crashes into you on the road and you start calling companies? She’s right there. Talk to her. Those companies didn’t hit you, that woman did. Wtf?
She had stickers for ride share driving. If she drives dangerously, she shouldn't be taking passengers. I'm not sure I agree with calling the companies, but I can understand the impulse.
@@darrennew8211 I think the impulse came from someone whose greed is so high it trumps logic. Neither Uber nor Lyft would have any responsibility to pay for this accident but I bet the camper really thought she was gonna make a big payday off one of those companies. That level of greed is pretty sick.
2:47 cammer needs to take the driver next to him out for some dinner or some beers... saved the cammer from being hit.
01:50 - "(kisses, hug) Muuahhh! Ohh, are you OK? - Yeah, think I am... Can I call Lyft to deactivate you? Yeah, sure go ahead..."
1:53 why hug?
Must have been that goofy national HUG day or something..
IDK but I wouldnt mind that chick hugging me
why not
@@tychobrodie7403 that’s weird.
Because women...
9:00 It is certainly annoying when someone drives into the gap for your safety distance, but as a professional driver you should have your emotions under control so well that you remain calm and restore the old safety distance as quickly as possible.
8:09 have fun dealing with State Farm. My husband t-boned a driver that also turned left in front of him last May and we just finished settling everything(property and medical) in February of this year. They lied to us multiple times, were impossible to get a hold of and tried to not payout the entirety of their drivers insurance policy. They also tried to refuse our dashcam footage because they "wanted to do their own investigation" and I said nope and sent them the footage anyway.
We need to start flagging the terrible insurance companies like these in our comments, build a little community...
I really don't understand how insurance companies get away with assigning 50/50 liability when it's clear who's really at fault. I mean, the law is clear regarding who caused this accident and the video proves it. I realize the companies are simply trying to not have to pay out as much, but this is ridiculous and should be illegal.
@@rirkc I can't stand when they try the whole " Well you didn't swerve/brake/ try to avoid an accident." It's like yeah, I did when I chose not to drive like I own the damn road and am considering the safety of other drivers that also don't make stupid driving choices
That’s why you send them the video. So that they can’t claim they never saw it during their investigation. Then you file a lawsuit if they claim it was 50/50. Make sure the person at fault receives a citation. Video evidence and a citation clear up liability issues instantly.
@@richardbeckenbaugh1805 not necessarily. We sent the dashcam footage to them and the other driver received 3 citations(failure to yield, crossing a double yellow, reckless driving) and her insurance still tried to say it was 80/20. They tried to say he was speeding(he was going 30 in a 35) and then they tried to say he never tried to stop(you can see the camera jerk up before impact which proves he did try to brake). We ended up going through our insurance and they found the other driver 100% at fault and went after her insurance to repay (after making sure we were all squared away).
6:12 That was one stale red light the driver of the pickup ran. Say hello to jacked up insurance rates.
Amongst other things. The cellphones glued to people's hand has gotta stop. I mean are you THAT addicted to reading posts, etc. 80% of it is garbage anyway. Distractions to keep you from knowing the REAL issues about what's going on out here. Sad...
6:53 Yes, SH121 goes through McKinney, but that's not it. Rest of the comment is obviously for a different clip (maybe from the same submitter?) - no SH121 in this episode.
Yeah, I was confused about the commentary since I've never been on that state highway. Thanks.
3:47 pro tip, I get that it is instinct to lay on your horn but if you know you're about to collide with someone do not honk. That air bag going off on your hand could easily break it and maybe your nose.
I regret they moved the horn buttons off the sides of the wheel into the middle. Now it's hard to even toot briefly.
@@darrennew8211 must have been before my time. Never seen it on the side. That’s cool.
9:00. I used to drive 18-wheelers intra-state. Totally agree with cammer's statements. It's all about braking distance. Trucks too heavy to slow down quickly. They taught us in driving school to maintain a gap, slow down to get your gap back if someone jumps in front of you. On this channel, and on a lot of other crash channels, I've viewed many trucker vids where the trucker does NOT slam on his/her brakes after that gap has been taken away. What am I missing? What has changed in the last 15 years??
#9. One less Charger on the road. You deserve an award.
3:30 10 of 10
1:10 Wow completely avoidable crash
Yep why you trying to pit maneuver someone? Dummys leave that to the police 😂😂
Anyone can avoid doing an illegal left-turn into wrong-way traffic.
Actually looks like he stopped as soon as he was able. And as for steering to the left it’s the right thing to do as if he were to have been hit he wouldn’t be pushed into the person who was right next to him. But yes it was avoidable by the person who hit him to begin with.
@@reapersgirl6407 Rather, the "right thing to do" would have been for the left-turner to yield, and not foolishly pull out without looking.
@@reapersgirl6407 He couldve slowed down and stop way in advance but chose to avoid driving defensively.
6:58 wrong description for that clip. You seriously need a new editor or something, this shouldn't be happening almost every video.
No wonder their are so many accidents! Everyone is so broke, they can't pay attention!
?
7:20 wearing sandals with socks? 🤭
Unfortunately very common
And they call them slides
4:00. I'm sorry but I had to laugh at this one. You're about ten seconds too late to make your turn, but you go for it anyway?? Even if the cammer wouldn't have been there (for you to ram into!) you still wouldn't have made your turn!
3:46 That wreck is why you stop at stop signs. The woman would have had her car t-boned had she stopped.
I assume you mean "wouldn't"?
1:14 Alright so two possible things here. Either you purposely steered into them, or your brakes need to be serviced, as in your left front caliper is grabbing harder than the right and making it not brake in a straight line. If the latter, that's uhhh, pretty dang important. Wonder what would have happened at highway speeds.
Purposely steered into them. You see it pretty regularly on these compilations. Who would do such a thing? Well, you will always get people right here in the comment section saying its a good thing to do. So there is your answer. The same braindead people who come here and say turning into the crash is a good idea are the same ones that will do it in real life.
9:00 This is how Mario Andretti would drive a semi. 😳
2:50 What is it with people insisting on blind pullouts? DO NOT BLINDLY PULL OUT! The person who was t-boned as a result of a blind pullout is lucky it wasn't worse.
I guess they are just stupid. 🤷♂
#8 way to be aware!! Nice job avoiding that mess!!
4:16
I want the long story..
do some people not have eyes?
9:20 why is an 80,000lbs truck blazing through traffic like that? And in the fast lane?
7:00 The cause for this horrific accident … the driver wearing flip flops and socks 😆
Sadly, it's a thing now.
Horrific?

5:11 #15 is a good defensive driving example. Driver didn't seem to have have eye contact with the car waiting to enter until starting the lane change. I'd like to think I would have delayed that lane change if it were me. I try not to assume that everything the camera picks up could be seen be driver though.
7:01 #21 Did he get his flip flop caught on the gas pedal I wonder? Standing with a foot still in the car seems like such an awkward choice.
5:11: You are correct if you're referring to the motorist entering the roadway; because the one yielding is the one looking to make "eye-contact." Conversely, motorists with the right-of-way have no need to get permission to legally change lanes from motorists that aren't even on the road.
@@mvpfocus And cammer was almost completely in the lane *before* the guy started to roll.

Road chaos captured! Drive safely, stay vigilant
1:08 If you didn't anticipate the white SUV could pull out from that far away you need to have your license suspended.
If you would've yielded to the cammer, your white SUV wouldn't have been damaged. Merging is hard, isn't it?
I would have expected them to stop in the median, but been prepared for poor driving.
Could have, should have, DIDN'T drive defensively! Could have saved time, stress and money! Yes cammer is legally right but easily could have avoided impact by slowing down for 5 seconds and letting the OTHER idiot go ahead! Expecting the other driver to be careful is maybe the biggest reason insurance is so expensive!
You might need your license suspended if you're blaming the person who has the legal right of way
@@tychobrodie7403is “muh right of way” worth the hassle of insurance? Is “muh right pf was” worth your kid in the car being injured in an accident? Is “muh right of way” worth permanent back-ache or a missing limb post an accident?
0:01 miata❤
8:17 - No surprise.
State Farm is a cheap insurance. They will deny, deny, deny until they are forced to accept liability.
Except their rates are not cheap at all. I quote every 2-3 years and they are always 40-50% higher than the best rate.
1:18 that was intentional
1:05 Is it just me, or could cammer have avoided the collision? And did he actually turn in to the white vehicle as well? Seems to me buddy wanted this.
Saw the same thing myself you're definitely correct.
100% couldve been avoided.
Checking comments to see if anyone else noticed that! Cammer could have easily avoided that. It looked to me like the cammer actually sped up so the red car wouldn't be able to make it. I would have made this 50/50.
Yep saw it as well. Went for a PIT is my guess.
Yep he rammed them. Either wasn’t paying attention before the wreck and/or did it on purpose. Not excusing the Honda’s dumb turning but this was completely avoidable. He wasn’t even going fast.
1:50 Was she driving for both at the same time?
That's my question. Cammer is bouncing between Uber and Lyft.
Yeah! That's what I'm wondering. Uber and Lyft are NOT the same thing.
You can drive for both services, though not at the same time and they do require your auto to be insured. My take-a-away from his statement was she was working as an Uber driver when he hit her but they don't have a complaint line so he couldn't report her to them. He called Lyft and found out she also drives for them. They HAVE a complaint line and took action based on the fact that she contracts for them as well.
3:20 The cammer sounds like Rusty Cuyler
Tip for cammers: if you can see a license plate number you need just say it out loud and the camera will record it.
You also need to identify the driver unfortunately.
@@HowManyHintsDoYouNeed It depends what for. Not insurance, only criminal liability.
#9 Definitely the Truckers fault as he didn't back down and admits to running aver the guys car and then continued driving. That's hit and run by his own admission.
Man that guy throwing a water bottle at that truck is special!!
Like I hope karma gets him good!
Sorry who ever was driving the big truck!!
#5 omg ladies! Pull ahead to the gravel!!!!! Dont stop there!!!!
7:12 - It is pointless to look if the car in front of you hasn't left.
So, your eyes need to be on the car in front of you until they leave!
I did that the first year I was driving. Looked forward again and slammed the brakes to manage to stop with an inch left to go. Surprisingly, I learned from just this one event. It amazes me how many people who have obviously been driving for years and years are still so bad at it.
4:00 - Where was that idiot going? They were well past the gore point & wouldn't have made that exit anyway. 🙄
The “sedan” in the first video appeared to be an SUV.
"Break" = "brake"!
1:50 can't say I've ever seen the two drivers involved in an accident hug before
#4 while the other driver was at fault it could have been avoided by at least slowing down.
Wild rides! Drive cautiously, stay safe
0:29 Damn that bottle broke the mirror!
I don't know who puts the lettering in the explanations, but for the love of god they are called BRAKES, not Breaks. A break is what you need to do from typing if you can't spell brakes.
7:44 Dude, unless that Ryder truck hit afterburners once it was out of frame, you had plenty of room to move over.
#4 steered into the other one
#4 - Very interesting how your car suddenly veered to the left like that.
#5 - Uber and Lyft both require their drivers to maintain insurance.
#12 - Dude has the ability to cut down a tree, but no sense to take the same tools and cut it into smaller pieces so that it fits in the back of his truck. Typical pickup owner logic right there. Although this also may be a result of OR legalizing all drugs for recreational use a couple years ago.
#16 - That seems like a tiny motorcycle. The rider is barely even at window height of the small cars. Is that legal for highway use in TX?
#12 I hope those charges filed against him were felonies, because there's no way somebody that stupid should be able to vote.
So instead of the Quacks of Justice that I hear from one particular channel, it's the Quacks of Cursing!
So many of these should be avoidable accidents if drivers actually concentrated just on safe driving.
Great video!
Looks like a lot of people should know better when to tap the brakes rather than hit the gas, you may end up getting there a few minutes late but intact rather than in a wreck.
2:44 Awesome awareness and reaction by the cammer.
8:15 so state farm has a old but renewed tactic they do with every claim, it wont matter if u have dash cam proving ur not at fault they automatically put blame on the other insurance driver in hope u dont get an attorney.O and 50 50 is just another word for insurance doesn't have to pay anything to any driver
7:50 Judging by the distance between the cammer and the white SUV I don't belive he slammed on his brakes
5:00 - I'm pretty sure that's a cop in front of the Prius.
So there's a good change the cop pulled the Prius over a little after the clip ended.
brake lights are there to CONTROL vehicles behind you. Over 40 mph you need to brake early and lightly with 5 car lengths in front of you! If you're pretty much slamming your brakes on expect to get hit from behind.
8:56 - Big rigs are supposed to use the outside lane?
Really? WTF did the cammer get that idea?
Because if one was to notice the big yellow decal on the right door, that is where it would say something about needing to make wide turns.
Smh.
Landsat truck driver turning right….
What are you talking about, having to use the left lane??????
A driver stays in the right lane, coming up to the corner and before reaching it, you move over to the left and take up the two lanes as you enter the intersection for your RIGHT TURN……..
@Video 5 I don't know if this will reach you, but your insurance company will know how to get in touch with Uber.
So... what was at fault in the cop crash @ 0:56? What was the hug for @1:49???
7:50 I have to get a horn like that, lol.
2:45 HOW DOES THIS INTERSECTION EVEN EXISTS? WHO DESIGNED AND BUILT IT LIKE THIS?
You mean the one like every other one with side road stops only? Please don't drive near me.
#11 4:00 Another idiotic case of "I mUsT mAkE mY eXiT!!1!".
Still some confusion on what word to use?
BRAKE .. to apply a CARS' BRAKE SYSTEM (ie, BRAKING)
BREAK .. to be rendered inoperable, like a kia or a hyundai
🤣I love the fact that you used a Kia or a Hyundai as an example!
1:40 how in 2024 they don't have a customer service number?
1:51 If she was an Uber driver why would you call Lyft?
0:42: Looks like the patrol went through the red without exercising caution.
at number 5.. uber and lyft have nothing to do with each other
4:48
Stop signs are red, not orange. Maybe nobody understands them because they are literally a non-legal color. Or you have a sort of colorr blind issue where you can't see red.
#25 Cammer was tailgating the f..k out of truck thst turned. That is why other truck could not see them. Should be some or all fault on cammer.
6:44 I had no idea an accident happened because I was too busy watching you turn out of your lane
No other traffic, legal in Texas to choose any lane when turning left.
Looked like the cammer did plan to turn into the left lane, but moved away from where the accident was happening. Notice cammer's turn input when the accident happens.
#2
Definitely made me jump!
6:11 kinda looks like the black pick up truck was running from the police lol
Layers of chicken. Boy this is terrible out of context xD Also hey at least it was water, free wiper fluid.

0:28 did the car just pee on him or what
3:40 Fantastic, the song in background is "Take on me" A-Ha (1985).
3:39 lol ok
#22 Why are there two entirely different Chevy trucks shown here? The first is a white truck no newer than 2018, and the second is a blue 2019 or newer model.
They said that two other trucks hit the container before it was hit off the road by a semi. I’d assume the blue truck is one of the “other”s that hit it.
the description said 2 other trucks hit it before a semi blew it off the road.
I didn’t think about that.
#27 9:02 Loaded semi should not be camping in the left lane obstructing traffic
And speeding through traffic like a Maniac.
And following traffic that closely to begin with (even before the Honda moved into his lane). I actually thought we were going to end up witnessing the cammer rear-end the SUV when the clip started.
2:43 Some choices people make are just unfathomable. Why did they pull out? Sure, the turning car must have blocked their view, but you wait until they are not blocking your view to check traffic. They had to see there had been traffic before the car turned. It's a highway for goodness sake.
I wish you guys would stop with the writing. It's too small to read anyway
And more than half the time it's just someone trying to make excuses for their crappy driving......
