Bentley Honey Trifle
Giving never tasted so good.
Here’s my take on a classic British trifle with a spectacular twist.
Using Bentley Honey and delicious layers of citrus jelly, caramelised orange compote, honey earl grey with lemon cremeux, and honey sponge cake, the Bentley Honey Trifle is an homage to the colony of bees that call Bentley’s headquarters home.

Finding fresh red chillies in india is hard since most of them are used in the dry format and the fresh ones are available only during a season. Can anybody tell me if I can soak Indian dry kashmiri or byadgi chillies and use it to make the sambal ?
