I've turned a classic Indonesian dish into a modern twist and so here's my BBQ
Pumpkin Rendang with Crispy Saltbush and Lime Yogurt paired with a glass of
Hennessy V.S.O.P. A pairing that really dances on your palate with the fragrant
spices and subtle notes of oak and vanilla that heightens the senses.

I love on how he still pronounce rendang just like real Indonesian. Some of Indonesian people I watched, whenever they speak English and pronounce some of Indonesian foods, like rendang, they will just pronounce it like how the foreign people pronounce those words. Reynold really didn't forget his Indonesian background. Proud of you!
