Okay, so… This isn’t the greatest work that I’ve done, yes I fooked it up in the end… This aint Mastashef ok… It’s pure honest cooking. I put myself out there, here on CZcams for you.
Because I love you all and I want to show you all that I’m just human… Like you. Making mistakes, everyday… SHIT WHY DID IT STUFF UP!?!?!
Anyways :3 It’s delishus and I will redeem myself.
Also yes this is similar to the one from Shokugeki, but also inspired from one of Japan’s best restaurant (and the world’s) called DEN.

Rice mix:
1 cup of cooked koshihikari rice
50g Unsalted butter
15g Furikake seasoning
1 Garlic
2 Shiitake mushrooms, fresh
Chives
Salt

Nice one Rey! What if the rice stuffing is mixed with parmesan cheese in the chicken wing, and when you slice it open, you get that cheesy string out of it. As for the glaze, it'll be interesting to try it with the honey glaze with the tinge of citrus. What do you think?

if you want to bring it up a notich .. chop up lumb crab meat , pre cooked shrimp, and try browning the rice and let cooled down . stuff the wings with the mixture along with what you are adding there minus the mushrooms. bread with either italian bread crumbs or your favorite outside crust. put in the freezer to allow it to harden then take it out and fry it . this is a Cajun style of wing
