- Hi, yes I'm good thanks! How are you? Good? Ok cool awesome. So I've been a potato nugget busy with work and other exciting projects that I was working on.
Forgive me pls for being away from CZcams. I haven't forgotten you all :)
Anyways! This rice bowl is PERFECT for anyone on a tight budget, students or whatever broke. I've been there and we still need to feed ourselves right?
This is it boys and girls, a tasty bowl that even I can literally have everyday for.
Also this dish I've totally taken it from my bro Arnold @arnoldpoernomo (love u xx).

Here's what you'll need:
2 Eggs (add 1tsp of Shirodashi if you want umami to go through right up into your soul's ass, it's crazy good with it).
Furikake Seasoning
Kewpie Mayonnaise
Cooked Rice
Chives
Salt
Pepper
Get creative, get fancy, bruhh it's frikkin eggs and rice with mayo. Add mushrooms, tomato, chicken, whatever you want. Add hot sauce even.
Anyways enjoy!

The thing is, I respect Gordon Ramsay's cooking techniques most of the time (not all), and I learn from it, but I don't necessarily buy into the ingredients a lot of the time, since it's down to personal taste and sometimes it does feel "too much."
Like, "hey, we live in a regular home, we don't have fifty non-stick/cast iron pans that can go in the oven hanging about and plenty of ingredients just in the fridge and cupboards, we're not chefs, so we want to keep waste to a minimal and be able to make something quick and simple that's nice, and not prepare ten ingredients for one dish for one meal."

Hey Reynold , greetings from Japan ✌️
Love this style . Here in Japan , we also do Tamago kake gohan , which is raw egg mixed into a bowl of freshly cooked , piping hot rice(eggs are really fresh in Japan , and are safe to eat raw ) . Seasoning is basically soy sauce , but I usually use 「konbu tsuyu」, soy sauce base with kelp , bonito flakes , etc. , it has a slightly softer taste than soy sauce .
I then top it with furikake & chili powder or hot chili oil .
