- What up!!! I’m so excited to show you guys a little something that I’ve been working on the past few months. So I actually live a pretty busy life, a little chaotic at times and that makes it hard to me to find the time to cook at home that is healthy.
I end up eating out a lot which is pretty bad. I’ve teamed up with Chefgood, a healthy meal delivery company to be a part of the Chefgood Guest Chef Series and made a pretty epic meal that is a little bit of my Indonesian background and easy to eat crowd pleaser that is tasty and healthy.

This is chef Martin's ultimate 'TOFFEE APPLE'. Ofcourse this is the 2nd time I'm watching back to win. But I have to say that I felt the same emotion that I felt last time. It gives me an idea. I wonder if you could experiment with the sweetness of raw yellowtale and turn it into a dessert somehow. Yellowtale sushi is some of my favorite lunch foods. It is not a very forward sweetness but it provides flavor to something bland like rice. So whats a very good dessert food thats bland or has hints of flavor? Refining this with the texture of a fish to another food ingredient would make an awesome dish. A strange dish In my inexperienced opinion lol itll give you a challenge since youre saying its all about the flavor of a dish. Finding flavor in bland foods
