I am Indonesian so I know that Reynold is using a technic to blow sugar that commonly used by street candy sellers in Indonesia. They even can even shape into other forms such as roaster, fish etc. When I was at elementary school, I used to watch the street candy sellers when they make it. It so mesmerizing.
