Would this be good for my first plane? I already know how to fly.

Maybe its the servo end adjustment that ain not set to 100%, wenn you lower it it might not calibrate? Ist an option to try?

I have a Mustang, Messerschmitt, P47 Thunderbolt, Spitfire. With a lot of skill can land on the cricket strip on its wheels. Ok im jealous of those landings

Can the gains be adjusted on this gyro? My plane gets rapid vertical oscillation when I do a fast loop and switch into beginner / auto-level mode right after.

Very nice. Seems to want to stall easily on bank turns. Nothing that more power can't correct.

I have 2 new 60c 3s 4500 packs that are 325 grams..i am ordering kit version i have a nice 3536 1100kv which may also weigh a bit more than stock motor..anyway to me it looks like i may be able to get balanced without adding weight...thanks for sharing😊

Screw those gyros...i never used them...when i did i alao had stupid crashes like you had...you have to have them set up perfect or you are much better off without them

You are using just a plain reciever no gyro at all...this is a very nice nice pusher prop jet...my kit came boxed well and seems to have all the parts...great job!

is there anyway you tell me how you set up channel 7 and if you used inputs and /or mixxes and what all options you used icluding switches, weights,....ect?

I know stock radios are not that good especially in manual mode,but do you think your radio was crappy or do you think they are all crappy

I'm running a Taranis with a IRangeX module in the back. I found that if I hit the stunt switch and let get, it never did the stunt BUT I put the slow dn for 2 seconds on the switch and now I hit the switch pull up or roll and the stunt is done. Got back from half a flight in expert mode. Still a little twitchy on the roll and elevator. A little less throw and a little more expo, we'll see if I can't smooth that out some more. Plane was tailheavy and hey, may still be but it's much easier to control now. But to be honest, with all the wind running around here it's easier to put it in sport mode where you can loop all ya want but have to hit the switch to roll it. Make sure, on V2 planes (clear canopy) to give the One Click Launch a try. Beginner mode, throttle down, push the stunt button, throttle up and launch level. Plane climbs out for 4 or 5 seconds and then starts to orbit. Make sure and throw it into the wind and that there isn't anything for you to run into there. You're control inputs will take it right out of Autolaunch so you can avoid objects. The wind changed on the second one that I tried, first one I had the switch in expert, just as I threw it and it augured up in the air like a FF plane and then started the orbitting. Was pretty cool once it got above my Hedge Apple tree. Dang stickery thing has eaten more then one of my planes.

Only thing i would like is battery compartment on top and added flap option like the phonex 1600 has..everything else seems perfect..

Once you set the elevons correct it turned out to fly beautifully.. Actually these being noisy is good especially if it gets further away they you wanted it to and loose orientation..the noise helps you at least know if its coming back or going even further...i cant tell you how many times i crashed on of these type of planes after letting it get to far...i always say never again,but it just happens and you want to kick yourself

If eachine spitfire allows sbus receivers, can i use the same flysky receiver to work? What do you think?

Your elevons are neutral point is way to low...it will nose dive dramatically..needs to line up with the lines on the fuse...actually slightly higher is a good idea for maiden...these planes are just like the zeta blaze elevons..

Thanks for the info on setting up these planes, im new at edgetx so . Im trying to set the stunt button to work , but the way its explained here, it activates the stunt as soon as you flip the switch ,instead of making ch 7 active for when you move the stick to command the stunt, I know it can be done with logical switches, but unfortunately is out my knowledge how to do it. I love these type of planes..this one here can actually take horrible crash and is still fixable...i print hard nose on 3d printer for my radjets and blaze which gives them extra protection..this stinger actually uses same wing as zeta blaze and astro,but imo its a nicer looking fuse..astro and blaze have 3 edf holes so you can power them with 1 64mm edf or 2 50 mm edfs or like i do make it a pusher prop jet...

For those into foamy warbirds this seems like a great 1200mm choice...not sure if its as nice as fms or arrows, but it may very well be.thanks for sharing

Really good outcome. 😊 Another tip. Try putting a few streaks of dull silver/aluminium coloured paint along the wing and horizontal stab leading edges, also around the fuselage immediately behind the spinner, to where stones and other f o d , commonly found on grass strips, has taken the paint off, and bare metal is exposed. Its best done with a thin paint brush rather than an air gun.

Anyone can help reprogram this plane for me? I have one, but the rudder is stuck to the right, and elevator servo throw is very minimal. How do i reset everything and set controls like factory? Ailerons and throttle seem fine. I only have the stock transmitter that came with it. Thanks!

Yes great video for great planes! I struggle to set up the calibration on a 2-, position switch. How making it going from -100% to 100%? I can only go from 0 to 100%. I tried 200% weight, 100 offset, .. curve... But no success. Please help me....

"Maybe?" they are no good!?!?! NO THEY ARE COMPLETE **TRASH** Avoid them like the plague! Channel one died on mine after not much use then eventually I was not even able to select Channel 2 on the touch screen to do anything. If they are like this to even get them to operate can you imagine what they are going to do to various batteries!?!?

Prop hunt on mine got to where it would not hold the prop...they must glue it on, i had to heat up a screwdriver with a torch and touch it to the prop shaft to get it off...and the replacement was way loose..stuck it back in with super glue..wish the motors were easier to replace..the brushes seem to give up about 80 flights

I fly my p51 in 10-15 mph wind. Expert mode us out of control until i reduced aileron and elevator throws. Expert mode it will fly inverted pretty decent.
