      Poor Spektrum. And for 100usd I paid I'm very happy

    Great content 💪. Funny that you went through radios because I just picked up a Spektrum DX8 but I must say this Zorro is really good looking and something I will definitely consider. I was not aware of it until your video. Thanks again for always bringing great content to the Tube

      @@blowy48flyrc Indeed. Some look so great but is just 'nonsense' when using. Glad you shared this transmitter video. The Zorro is now on my radar :)

    Hi, good review, can the 4 in 1 Zorro bind v=to the Eachine warbirds? Cheers

    Nice review! 👍🙂
    Considering that the included instructions for the QX7 were too basic, and the fact that in order to set it up, one had to watch CZcams tutorials, or buy 3rd party books on OpenTX, I was wondering if there's a similar "steep learning curve" with the Zorro ?
    Although I started with the QX7, and am happy to continue using it with my existing Frsky, Jumper & Radiomaster receivers, would it nevertheless be better to replace the QX7 with the Zorro ?

      @blowy48flyrc  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes there is a lot you have to do to set-up a plane it doesn't do it for you and for me my QX7 openTX 2.2 something looks the same as the edgeTX at first

    Hmm. Looks good, but I dont see any advantage over the tx16s. No reason to switch.
    Just because its lighter? But batteries smaller and smaller Display too ?

      I know and I'm still very happy with my TX16S

    What is the range like on the Zorro as apposed to the QX7?

    • @blowy48flyrc
      @blowy48flyrc  Před 2 lety

      From what I hear range on all these radios 1 to 2 km clear sight no trees or buildings but the box on the QX7 I'll guess that to 100 metres

      @@blowy48flyrc So do you think that the 4in1 module on the QX7 suffers from a firmware issue, or is it just for close range? I'm trying decide if I should buy the Zorro or buy a 4in1 for my Taranis x9d Plus. Problem is when I buy a Horizon Hobby plane BNF plane, I then have to replace that SAFE receiver with a Frsky receiver.

      @@dram6262 I don't know if that module is cheap crap or its that I don't know how to use it. I see your problem being stuck in a ecosystem

      …i have used three x7’s with different irangex modules…the range is not good whatever you trie to better it…i would only use it for close up foamies…my tx16s is better but i use longrange for my 3-4 meters sailplanes…experimenting with elrs for gliders and waiting for more alternatives for 7-9 channels (full-wing gliders)…my frsky x-lite surprise with good range…zorro incoming and will only use it for close up los quads n foamies…my jeti duplex radios have a range that never fail whatever…but at a cost of 25 zorros!!!…
