"The sticky tape's been cut!" Damn! You mean those goldurned Post Office inspectors have nicked the contraband again! 😜😁
Funny
I must say I am enjoying your mini warbird videos. On my spitfire I found the tyres were very loose on the rims. I decided against fitting them as it looks like once they are fitted it would require surgery to get them out. I am still waiting for my BF109 and will heed your comments when "checking it out" Keep up the good work
Thanks for enjoying our videos and I'm bit worried about pulling the wheels off they click in maybe too good
Mine arrived this week.Maidened it yesterday on a breezy cold UK day.Flew nice, gearbox sounds louder than my V Mustang.
Good to hear yours flys perfectly
It looks great Blowy . They got the proportions and paint down nice on this i think , Better luck on this maiden .
Yes I like the paint on this
All the propeller combos and all are killer
They do
@@blowy48flyrc Hey man heres a video I made today if you got the time to check it out! czcams.com/video/vGzJSaTuKNo/video.html
I will buy it for sure, parkzone mkix is much more scale but very fragile and rare in these days.
I know that for the money we hand over, we shouldn't really have too,,,, BUT it pays to open up access ports 'where possible' and check everything that may cause failure.
For PNP, BNF and RTF systems it is usually pay and pray..
I have a Spitty on the way and praying to the Warbird Gods it is AOK..
Looking forward to your flight on this one mate.. They look so good..
Good luck with your new bird
Thank you so much for this. My 109 is also a really bad flyer with poor control surface centering in all modes. I’m much happier now thanks to you - the Spit should fly the same as the older P-51, Corsair, and Trojan ~ huzzah....!!!
Thanks for stopping by there fun little planes
HERE WE GO!
Will it fly 🪰
i'll wait for the dogfight video of these two!!
I would like that too. We got to someone else to film
Looks like an amazing little Spit, Blowy! Fingers crossed that it flies better than your Bf109...
Thanks Gina Yes there done a great job making a little plane look nice and I checked out this one thoroughly waiting for a problem to happen but nothing yet
Can you put any camera inside the cockpit (obviously cut and replace with transparent one) in order to pilot FPV? If yes what camera do you suggest?
Nice video, can you please suggest extra propeller for spitfire. Link please.
at least yours came with a tail wheel...mine came without and a ballooning Li-po
Shame the length of the fuselage seems a bit "compressed", as the nose is almost as long as the part between the trailing edge of the wings and the horizontal stabilizer. It makes it look less scale, imho.
Good Enough for me as long as a
It planes nice
The wheels and the pop-off service covers are worthwhile updates to these little toys - even if they add a little weight. Does that screwed down receiver board use a socket and plug for the motor or do you have to solder the new 1 on still, Blowy?
Looks like battery wires soldered on and motor is plugged on the board. There is 4 options/ numbers on the board Both my bf109 and spitfire marked 105
@@blowy48flyrc Thanks mate! It'll be interesting to see how long before that board becomes available as a spare.
Donde puedo encontrar repuesto tripala de ese avión gracias
No spares yet
Hmm, the controls on the Aileron are operating the wrong way! Put the throttle to zero, move the right hand stick far right until it beeps, then move the throttle up and down to reverse! Sorted!
Yes I remember essential RC had the same problem with one of his I just checked the manuals and it doesn't tell you how to do this
My BF-109 flew almost as good as the Mustang...the scale wheels on the Spitfire are positioned where they should be.
You must have got a bad plane from factory. The BF flew hands off on the Beginner mode....a little eratic in Intermed and advanced modes.
Happy to hear you got a good one. Does your plane have any gyro assistance in expert mode
With your experience with this series of models how long will the motors last before you have had to replace them?
Good question we probably haven't been flying old enough to know. The bigger motors that have gone bad was caused by crashing and sand n dirt in them from crashing . With little planes we'll had a couple servos and revicer boards burn out but no motors
if the wires to motor are red and blue OK, but if they are white and black..... a few flies.@@blowy48flyrc
Now i see why the price has gone up from £55.00 for the corsair n p51 and now the spitfire is £75.00 due to to the updated features it has
It's a great plane. My brother is waiting for them to be stocked in Australia to buy but I think he's going to be waiting a long time
What protocol doe the Spitfire use? I can't get mine to bind with V761.
I should've known that would happen!. Soon after posting the query I got a successful bind with protocol V761!
Problem is now its discontinued and cant find it unless you pay as much as a full.size plane
Just checked banggood and it's available and yes it is pricey if it's not in your local Warehouse
How buy? Spitfire o BF 109? The propeller is the same??
Thanks
Which ever one you like you think looks better or maybe the price will choose you you and fly it with a 2 blade prop it is better
Can you put the link in description?
What would you like a link to. I see I do a link to the spitfire maiden flight thanks
BORING.
I know how to read an instruction manual.
Good to hear our channel is no good for you
@@blowy48flyrc I didn't say it was no good.
Testy!
@@byrongoody6615 you said BORING
@@blowy48flyrc Actually I look on your channel as an excellent public service Blowy! It keeps crackpots like that down in their basements and off the streets. ;-)
