I'm in love with this home!! The microwave is in a perfect location, love the bigger tub in the guest bath, and I love the free standing tubs. Now I'm picturing myself on the master porch with my morning coffee.

One more thing... I love the brick fireplace better than stone. The big flat stones are reminiscent of the 80's. Brick is timeless.
This home I love because the living quarters (the hub of activity, LR, Kitchen, dining and laundry room) are separate from the sleeping quarters.
That personal balcony off the master is PERFECT 😍

So many positives about this home. From the backsplash to the flooring. The wall of windows to the extra covered porch off the master. Now the bench seating off the island is super cool!

lol i noticed the plug to the right of fireplace and instantly thought, christmas lights yay! I definitely saw some decorating going on for the holidays.
This is my favorite house so far, I love the natural light, the floor color, the kitchen, the windows...etc. I appreciate the bench seating ( with fried egg pattern fabric ) on the other side of the kitchen counter. Also love the wavy pattern of walls in the master shower and the free standing tub. The private outdoor space off the master is especially nice. Whoever decorates these homes does an outstanding job! I’d be proud to live in this house.

You have cornered the market in ORIGINALITY” of being unbiased about the homes and your videos are just “entertainment” (and for people actually looking to buy), BUT! One of the nicest you have shown... The color scheme is light, bright and is so much nicer than the darker colors. The kitchen is incredible and both bathrooms are nice and roomy. Also love the porches..Ideally it would be too many windows for my liking but definitely a bright and very inviting home.
I don't care for white kitchens prefer natural tone stained cabinets myself much warmer and homey but we all can't like the same I just wish much more were done with natural stained cabinets in warm tones.
Wish they had this in a 4 bedroom. Love it!
I would put a little coffee station in that bedroom. Then I could take my coffee right out to the porch
I like that all the bed rooms are on the same end.
This time I'm not complaining about opening front door to see entire livingroom and kitchen! 😁 Though I do have an idea to pass onto manufacturers! 😂 Wouldn't be great to have a double sided fireplace wall between living and kitchen area? I think so! Would separate those rooms sweetly! Love the porch off the master! Tub would be better in a base so one has place to have soap, razor, etc. Now the song is Beyonce, To the left! I win! 😂💯

I love this home I would remove the windows in the top of the fireplace, and I don't like that mix of kitchen island and dinner set!! Is a no-no!!!

Absolutely LOVE the livingroom & all the windows! I like a dining room, not a banquette off island. Give me a formal dining room area and a nicer laundry room (maybe by making it a 32X90 ☺️) and this would totally rock! 💜

Me to I to live here and don't see this kind of quality I love the older model homes the quality was good back then I think they are coming back I had a tree fall on our home and that was it but before that you would of thought you were in a foundation home
A lot of the mobile homes I’ve looked at have those seams in the walls. These don’t have those seams and it makes the walls look so much better, smoother. Some of the mobile homes I have seen here in SC just can’t compare to these. SC has some catching up to do...

But I actually love the kitchen layout because I personally dislike formal anything, especially formal dining rooms which again in my personal opinion are just un-necessary wasted space so I absolutely love the kitchen, especially that european island bench - it makes the perfect place to to do schoolwork, home office work, eating, drinking, just an all-inclusive, all-in-one place to do whatever😊
Well hello Chance, good to see you brother, this sure is a beauty from the front side, I really like the twin porches. Now this entrance is phenomenal, all that light. And the color palette is dramatic. I really like the layout and the kitchen is spectacular so many windows over the sink, I love that. Plenty of counter space to work on. The seating on the back of the island is perfect. And the full LG appliance package. And yet again perfect wooden shelves. The guest bath I love with that big oval tub and the window up above. Nice sized guest rooms with ample closets. I love that master set u. The grey and black and white is really beautiful I love the ultra modern sculpted look in the shower. I could have this as my retreat home on a nice big lot looking over a lake with no neighbors to be staring in on all those windows, I could see a dramatic background looking out of the tub. Well thank you again Chance you have really stepped up your game, nothing but the best to show, not trying to bargain hunt, but displaying how classy these homes can be. I think this is just about my favorite home you have shown. God bless you and your little family.

Beautiful kitchen, but this house has no pantry, no linen closet and no dining room. I think they was focused on all the windows and left out the necessities.
Just Simply Mila They have a fine Dining area Seats 6-8 or move bench & have seating for 6 with more separation. There is room for a small pantry in the kitchen by moving Microwave along a little & plenty of room for linen cupboard in the laundry.
All those windows going to drive up the electricity!
The first thing I thought was that if I were making pies or bread on that island, I would have to clean flour out of that bench seat every time.

I thought the same. Also, a coat closet could have been added where the utility room is located. The coat rack at the entrance is nice, but a coat closet is better.
I like the stone fireplace better. Coat closet better than hooks. I do like the counter tops with the Back splash. Love the floor in the kitchen and living room. God Bless You for sneezing and sing whenever the mood strikes you!
I live in the mountains so I am Absolutely loving all the windows and natural light!!!!!!! I love the fireplace and we don't ever use a dining room so the space is a better design and layout perfect!!!! Also I love the ceiling lighting and color design, love ,love,love the French doors off the master bedroom,going off into an adorable extra little outdoor space! I wish it was ours right now!!! We are a huge family of 5 and need space!!!!
Beautiful. I love all the windows. My last house in Florida was similar. I would remove the banquette to have all chairs at the table.. I love the color coordination with the gray, white and charcoal black.

They say there are only so many floor plans that can be developed when bringing two halves of a manufactured home together, but that's not necessarily true. This home is a prime example. So many of the homes (Double and Singlewide) that you have recently toured have broken the mold.
Needless to say, Sunshine has some amazing, innovative designs. This particular home would have done well with a coat closet built in to where the utility room wall is located. Other than that, it really, truly is a beautiful open-concept home.

You show some beatiful homes. I would have rather had a smaller utility room and have a dinning room. The bench may sound good, but i am the shortest in my family at 6'1" and a bench like that just doesn't work well. With that said the home is gorgeous. I love the windows. Our first home was a 1984 Skyline Bristol 14x70 and that was something we hated, the windows were so small. We had an opportunity to buy floor to ceiling pella windows at Habitat for Humanity Restore at a great prize we put them in the living room on each side, then one in the dining area. It was wonderful. Having natural light is important especially up here in Michigan wherr we have went 50 days with no sunshine in the winter. It was a great selling point along with all the other work we did to it. We took possession of that home on Septemer 11, 2001. A day i will never forget. We now have a 1994 16x80 Schultz, this home is like a Rolls Royce compared to the Skyline across the street. We don't have many manufactured home dealers here. We used to, but they all went out of business a few yeats ago. I used to work for Foremost Insurance and that gave me an appreciation for manufactured homes. I have seen beutiful homes that customers sent in. I was licensed in all the states and had the opportunity to see homes all over the U.S.
We love our home, but we are looking at land and seeing where we can put manufactured homes. Wish we had someone like you to talk to. I could listen to your accent all day long. Hi Chance, I see dabbing, the home is well design and not too big. The kitchen is a great size, plus white cabinets makes a statement. And the table with the island is an excellent idea! And windows in the living room is spectacular and the lighting that comes makes worth not put any curtains, just soft shades. Thank you for sharing!

This one is at the top of my favorite list. I can see myself in this one. I will be selling my restored 1802 cape when we move to GA. I am partial to old homes so most of the designs seem so sterile to me; but this home I could move into and see my antiques inside of. The amount of gorgeous windows is amazing. Not a fan of the brick inside or out. Missing a pantry but I suppose you could put up shelves in the laundry room. I love the porch off the master and the free standing tub in the master bath. Needs a linen closet but I could live without one, using one of my armoires instead. Thanks for showing this one.

This home is so light and airy. I love natural light, so I have no problem with all the windows. I especially love the private porch attached to the master BR. Drop this on a piece of property far away from the main road and nosy neighbors and you're good to go! Thank you, Chance!

I really love this floor plan of this house I like the entrance on one end and bedrooms on the far away from the living room, kitchen .
The open floor plan with the living room and big kitchen is great. Love all the windows too! I'm not a fan of all the bedrooms together, I would prefer to have a split floorplan, but the master is very nice. I'd say my least favorite part of this home though is the exterior front. It looks like a church to me.

He seems so cool, hopefully 'not racist,' and full of that, "Southern Charm" I've been hearing so much about. I hope there are more people in "The South" who are like this guy. This was worth the wait. You kind of killed us by making us wait all week. 🤣 I would only lose the kitchen table and make the island bigger and just have island seating. Its a little awkward as it is. A pantry would be nice, even a small one next to the the microwave on the corner wall. Losing a little bit of the counter top space would not take away from the kitchen at all. But as a whole, this is a stunning home. Its so nice to see these houses finally catching up to their potential!!

I really like it except for two things. First it does not have a sink in the utility room. And I wouldn't like the patio doors in my bedroom. It would be better if they had them in the kitchen. You could carry food out onto the deck directly from your kitchen , makes more sense to me.
I wish they had homes like this in Georgia, I'm a person who don't like a lot of Windows but I love this and the porch on the master bed room I can see myself enjoying the evening nights sitting and chilling, man I love every home you show you make it hard to choose, and yes Chance you makes me laugh you is funny keep on showing those beautiful homes. Beautiful home! Love everything EXCEPT bench in island. I prefer a stand alone island for casual sitting and then a separate dining room table for special gatherings. Love the deck off the master bedroom.
This home is beautiful! I love the windows and do agree with some of the comments below. I would remove the bench on the other side of the island and just have some nice stools. I'm not sure why there is carpet in the master bedroom. The ensuite is very spacious. The colors are awesome!

Don’t get me wrong, I think this home is gorgeous!!! I have an old doublewide & I have learned a lot from my mistakes from living in it for many years. I am looking again. I am thinking about regrets in my home & my wants in a new home. I love windows & light in a room from the windows, but in this home, there are too many in each room for my taste. I think it would look better with a wall instead of the 2 windows over the fireplace & maybe a tv over the fireplace. I like wall space for decorating. I would definitely not buy another doublewide with vents in the floor. That was one mistake that I learned from in my old doublewide that have. I also want a walk-in pantry.

Very nice, Chance! Can you get fewer windows? I would take some out, for example: the two long skinny ones over the fireplace, several in the kitchen, the sidelights at the front door (for security purposes), and several more. I love windows and natural light but I love energy efficiency and wall space to hang art more. I'm not a fan of different countertops & cabinets in the kitchen, nor a long bench seat at a table. Have you ever sat in a 6 person booth on the inside and needed to go to the restroom? Two people have to let you out, then back in. A real PITA.
This house is very pretty. I like the porches. Two things missing for me are a coat closet and a powder room for guests. The bath in the hall is the 'main bath,' the master bedroom bath is just that - it's a private en suite bath for whoever gets the MBR. The main bath is for the rest of the people that live there.

More windows the better! And I love the brick. Growing up our home had huge windows throughout the house and that is what always draws me in. I also like the idea from Shastina about a double sided fireplace wall. Would also love to have a window inside the master closet. And yes to porches!! I would be setting up a nice swing to go there!
