I love any home that has a bathroom in the front so no one has to use my personal bathroom or the kids bathroom. I need to get rich quick to get one of these homes.
This home is fine if you have a family but it's too much for me to clean all thoes floors ,now that they've gone to no carpeting that means mopping floors ,very hard on my seventy three yr old back, I am thinking I prefer some carpeting !
@@davidhamer674 carpeting sucks and vacuums can be just as hard on your back as mopping. Get a roomba and a brava robo mop. They are AWESOME on carpet or hard surfaces (of course you wouldn't use the robo mop on carpet)
That 1/2 bath is prefect for people who stop by for a visit. The location is prefect too. I'm really weird about letting people use my bath. I have a thing about someone especially kids going in my room. I also don't want people having to go through my kids rooms, cause you never know what they might think about you for letting your kids have their rooms taken care of. I also wouldn't want them to trip and fall going around a train set or a car race track.
Chance, you are the most funniest tour guide and I love your son he is the cutest ever like his dad. I love this home, it's beautiful and so upgraded with so much space, I have a suggestion, could all the mobile home manufactures put the water heater, furnace, and electrical panel in the utility room instead of putting the water heater in the closet of the bedroom and have their own doors and also on those walk-in showers they are so beautiful could they please put a glass door on all of them so when they shower the water don't splash outside on the floors, other than that everything is perfect.
Chance, I found your channel about a month ago and subscribed. I am a 68 year old granny in England and I just love seeing these homes. They are huge compared to our homes here. It fascinates me that the US has so much space and land to accommodate them. I have been to the States several times and am amazed at the size of your country. Our little houses have to be postage stamp size to fit in the small spaces we have! Thank you for being so entertaining. I am thoroughly enjoying watching these during lockdown. Stay safe!
Hi ya Jennifer, I'm Teresa. I am a us citizen but lived in England for 7yrs. I lived in east Midlands just north of Nottingham and then moved up to Yorkshire. I loved the houses in England. I hate open concept. I loved how the houses in England were all separate rooms. I had a proper dining room and a totally separate kitchen. Entrance foyer with a half bath and a Lovely little garden. They weren't huge but plenty of room for me. I loved living in England. Give anything to move back there. It was the best 7yrs of my life.

I have an adult daughter too 2k miles away and friends overseas and it would be so nice to have a private bedroom with a bathroom for them to visit me. My, my, my!! What a beautiful home. That bedroom just off the Man Cave with its own bath, would be perfect for Grandma or Grandpa who might be living with the family. I have loved this house both times when I saw it. The bedroom with it's own bath, I noticed that there seemed to be extra space around the toilet, so it makes me think that this would be a great room for an elderly/disabled person so they could get on the toilet from a w/c. Trying to get someone in a w/c into a regular bathroom is a very difficult problem as most of them just don't have the room. I would LOVE to see a home set up especially for a disabled person so that they can live independently. Thankfully when my husband built our house, he already knew that would be a huge possibility so the bathrooms and kitchen are all w/c accessible. I'm not full time in a w/c yet, but I can see it coming down the line. Great house.
Your husband is a smart man. We had to call an ambulance for my aunt, and the paramedics almost couldn't get the gurney down the narrow hall of her house that was built in the late 60's.

I had seen this video before but didn't get to comment on it. So I saw it again. This particular model has the craftsman feel to it. The front exterior is what makes it feel and look like it. The vibe continues on the inside with the cabinets and the beams. It's a beautiful home. The porches are what does it for me to want to buy this home. Add to that the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and 2 different rooms for entertaining and you have a winner home.
WOW this is a BEAUTIFUL home , I'm loving everything about this one , even the DIVA DEN . The kitchen is amazing love how they stage the furniture it's beautiful, the master bed & bath is awesome.
Love this one, its soo well laid out, love the almost separate living room, but you can still see through from the kitchen, don't think I would change much about this one, except maybe screen in that back porch

Ha ha, Chance you are too cute. In the utility (U til ity) room it is also a mud room, hence the back door to come in and hang coats up etc. I really enjoy your videos. I love the walk in showers, I am so over shower doors.

This home is gorgeous! They only thing I would change is that window in the master closet, but it's an easy enough fix with room darkening shades! Perfection!
I remember the previous model. Glad that doorway in the dining room can be removed. It looks better and you can even extend the cabinetry into the space for china storage. I would close up part of the pass through with a 24" or 30" cabinet on either side for glassware and plates. This one is different. I didn't know you could make so many changes to the floorplan.
I’m really impressed with this Hugh mobile home -- although I don’t think you would want to move it. It would certainly be a very fine home for anyone. I lived in a mobile home as a child but it was nothing like this one. It was a 8 ft wide.by 30 ft long- although the hitch was part of the length so it was more 28 ft long. I slept in the chair and my brother slept on the couch. Our table came down out of wall. But we were happy and didn’t know any better. We were indeed blessed by God. I absolutely love this home💗💗Only thing I don't understand is the size of the pantry! With the size of this home the pantry should be a huge "L" shape walkin with lots of shelves. Love the guest bath at the front.

This is my Dream-Come-True home! 😊 Absolutely gorgeous! ♥️♥️♥️ I had a bad experience storing my cookware where there's plumbing so I still really don't like the sink in the island. Plus, it interrupts the space where I'd want to lay out my feast or use as a space to eat/work but there's really nowhere else to put the sink and I suppose I could cover it with custom sink boards. Also, add a little bit of overhang so you could slide a couple stools under the island. I like the bar though and I usually don't.👍 Wow! I love the guest room with the bathroom. That could come in handy for house guests. I don't like how the other guest rooms' closets were constructed by building a box in them but, eh, it's big enough and I'd be in the master BR anyway so it wouldn't matter. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the porches and access from the master and that closet with a window... yes! I could even overlook the clostraphobic water closet with 3 other toilets to choose from! 👍 😄 I really, really ♥️♥️♥️♥️ this home!! I'd like to abandon my home so can you drop that one off at my place tomorrow fully furnished as is and bring the landscapers with you. 😄
This home is massive but amazing. It would be too much home for me though. They are after my heart with these porches. I could never live in a home without a porch for a swing.

Like the 4th bedroom with private bath. Great guest bedroom or mother-in-law suite. Could be office or like you said good room for older child. All in all just a lovely home. One of my favorites.
Chance, all the cabinetry appears to have the fabulous “soft close” feature which you never allow them to follow thru on - i’d like to see that every now & then
Finally! A living room and a family room. I love having a room where if people want to sit and chat without having to talk over the TV is great! But I do have a bone to pick with the builders! They all need to start adding in a wash basin in the utility/laundry room in all the houses! That is the 2nd busiest room in the house. So through in a good word for us women and tell the builders to start adding in that basin and make the utility rooms bigger and the pantries more functional as well. Nice that there are no more wire shelves. But overall, this is my favorite house by far and would have love to see double front doors to match up with those big wide front steps. I would make the front porch wider and add on a big back porch or even a hugh wrap around porch as well. Go big or go home. That would be my dream home.
I love this house the 2 big living room's, the front and back porches, walk-in closet and I like the pantry...... but I wish it was a little more bigger but overall I love it and I love your videos keep up the good work 👍

This home is gorgeous! They only thing I would change is that window in the master closet, but it's an easy enough fix with room darkening shades! Perfection!

Wow you walk in and you feel warmth
I remember the previous model. Glad that doorway in the dining room can be removed. It looks better and you can even extend the cabinetry into the space for china storage. I would close up part of the pass through with a 24" or 30" cabinet on either side for glassware and plates. This one is different. I didn't know you could make so many changes to the floorplan.
I’m really impressed with this Hugh mobile home -- although I don’t think you would want to move it.
It would certainly be a very fine home for anyone. I lived in a mobile home as a child but it was nothing like this one. It was a 8 ft wide.by 30 ft long- although the hitch was part of the length so it was more 28 ft long. I slept in the chair and my brother slept on the couch. Our table came down out of wall.
But we were happy and didn’t know any better. We were indeed blessed by God. God bless you and your family Mr. chance

This is my Dream-Come-True home! 😊 Absolutely gorgeous! ♥️♥️♥️ I had a bad experience storing my cookware where there's plumbing so I still really don't like the sink in the island. Plus, it interrupts the space where I'd want to lay out my feast or use as a space to eat/work but there's really nowhere else to put the sink and I suppose I could cover it with custom sink boards. Also, add a little bit of overhang so you could slide a couple stools under the island. I like the bar though and I usually don't.👍
Wow! I love the guest room with the bathroom. That could come in handy for house guests. I don't like how the other guest rooms' closets were constructed by building a box in them but, eh, it's big enough and I'd be in the master BR anyway so it wouldn't matter. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the porches and access from the master and that closet with a window... yes! I could even overlook the clostraphobic water closet with 3 other toilets to choose from! 👍 😄 I really, really ♥️♥️♥️♥️ this home!! I'd like to abandon my home so can you drop that one off at my place tomorrow fully furnished as is and bring the landscapers with you. 😄

This home is massive but amazing. It would be too much home for me though. They are after my heart with these porches. I could never live in a home without a porch for a swing.

Like the 4th bedroom with private bath. Great guest bedroom or mother-in-law suite. Could be office or like you said good room for older child. All in all just a lovely home. One of my favorites.
Chance, all the cabinetry appears to have the fabulous “soft close” feature which you never allow them to follow thru on - i’d like to see that every now & then

Finally! A living room and a family room. I love having a room where if people want to sit and chat without having to talk over the TV is great! But I do have a bone to pick with the builders! They all need to start adding in a wash basin in the utility/laundry room in all the houses! That is the 2nd busiest room in the house. So through in a good word for us women and tell the builders to start adding in that basin and make the utility rooms bigger and the pantries more functional as well. Nice that there are no more wire shelves.
But overall, this is my favorite house by far and would have love to see double front doors to match up with those big wide front steps. I would make the front porch wider and add on a big back porch or even a hugh wrap around porch as well. Go big or go home. That would be my dream home.
