I wish I could find some way for me to get a nice home like the ones you had been showing. I have a house that someday I would love to sale. It is trash . To many steps I have a lot of health problems that prevents me from doing a lot of walking.the mobile homes you had shown on this channel I just love it.

I agree with you. I’ve never cared for the open concept theme. I personally do not want to be sitting in the living room and looking at dirty dishes in the sink! 😜

I like not seeing the kitchen and possible mess as soon as you walk in the door, but you can still see into the living area from the kitchen. Very nice.

I would love to have light colors in all the rooms. These kitchen cabinets are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The pantry has dark shelves, though.
The master bedroom closet is WONDERFUL!!!!!!! I would like brushed or satin nickel faucets throughout.

I died when you said, " I could run my mower up in here and store it at night!" 🤣. I have watched many videos with homes being showed. Hands down your personality, the way you show the home and attention to detail without lingering for 5 minutes on a plug truly make a difference. Amber Tovar I completely agree! I watched one the other night where the guy was spending way too much time on things that didn’t matter and skipping over things like losers that do matter. Plus Chance does such a good job with the camera placement. The other video I saw, the guy would aim the camera too high or too low so you couldn’t see the placement of things. It’s so frustrating.

This, I think is my favorite. The separate kitchen appeals to me because I don't like visitors just walking in and seeing my kitchen on full display. 😄

Here's what you do with that closet. On one side you have his and her with the shoe rack in between then on the other side-- space for dresses and the other space for winter coats. Love, love, love this house.

The intrinsic value of this home far surpasses any permanently built home I have ever seen. Family gatherings can simply become a no- brainer. I am not going anywhere to visit I have this. I see myself cooking and entertaing Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner right here.
THIS is a good example of modular getting closer to traditional homes. YOU do a great job! If there is an outside access in the utility room, it really is trying to be the "Mud Room" as the entrance for the family and mud and boots are removed including coats and outer wear. THREE things easily improved,,,undermount sink in the kitchen so you can wipe the countertops directly into the sink, uniform flooring throughout the home, greatly reduces the chopped up feeling of every room having different floors) and side mounted lighting in the bath rooms to to upgrade the use of the mirrors. Overhead mirror lighting creates shadows. Please pass those 3 things to the builder. Enjoy your work.

Did i finally see a home with vents in the ceiling? This is a beautiful home. Would want space in utility room for stand up freezer.
We removed the cabinetry by the back door and it was the perfect size for a large upright freezer.
This is by far my favourite. Chance I'm from North Carolina and wanted to tell you your doing a great job. Keep it up.

I love the kitchen, utility room, master bedroom, master bath and closet. Awesome master closet and bathroom. The utility room is so big and nice. Tray ceiling in the bedroom is so beautiful.

That's a pretty fine home. Love the huge master closet. I think I would rework it so the bath between the front 2 bedrooms has 2 sinks and the other bath has one.
This house is really pretty but I’m just getting so tired of the Kitchen/Dining Room being in the front part of the house leaving no way to have a nice deck for grilling & get togethers, needs to be in the back w/ Sliding or French Doors. The Master Bath & Closet Combo are bigger than the Bedroom itself!!! Very nice home but not my favorite floor plan. Thanks for the video Chance; great job; always appreciate them. 👍🏻

My daughter and her husband are in process of trying to buy this home. They are able to make so many changes like changing all sink fixtures, ceiling fixtures, taking out the trey ceiling in the mbr, having all linoleum throughout, changing the utility door to a sliding barn door and adding a wood fireplace insert. She is also doing her own painting. It's gonna be beautiful! I do have to say with the shortage on lumber, her price has gone up substantially. Right now, 10/06/2020, her price is over $260K. I love your channel and love the way you say u-til-ty. People who don't live in Mississippi, don't understand our speech. Tupelo, MS

I absolutely love this home! I love all the storage space! I would love to have a free standing tub in my bath though! The master closet is exactly what I need, I have just that many clothes, shoes and purses!
Freaking beautiful! I do love an open concept though. I would like to see another one this big with a different layout. Also, I love a house with a distinct foyer. I hate when you walk into the home and the entry is right into the living room.
The LAUNDRY ROOM! When I was raising my 4 children, our “laundry room” was the bathroom with a washer and dryer in it. There was a box in front of the dryer behind the back of the bathtub with socks in it. The “sock box” Lol!

Okay so the positive first... LOVE the fact that whomever designed the kitchen took a chance! Who knew that the combo of wood/brick and Marble would all come together in a way that this obviously does, it’s really a beautiful kitchen. Do you happen to have the paint color on the cabinets handy?
Now onto the negatives, I have the same complaint when it comes to our home and the way it was designed. As ours is very similar in the way that the cabinets and shelves are sooo tall and very deep! It’s hard for anyone (unless your 7’ tall with the arm length to match) to access things without a stool or pulling everything else out just to see what might have been lost wayyy back there. I would love to see more counter space instead, especially in the master bathroom. You don’t have much wall space to work with. These homes are so large I just wish I could make use of the oversized items that do take up what could be that extra wall space or counter
Love the home , this is home not a house. just wish the jack an jill looked like the guest bath. remove the cabinet by It's self in utility room for freezer space it'd really be perfect. Love the arch to dinning area to.

The kitchen is massive. Also, I love the gigantic closet in the master room. This house is awesome but they only thing I would make the wall that by Dining table gone then it would be open Concept. Then would the house better.

Don’t know if this has been mentioned already, but I think the double sink in the guest bathroom would make more sense in the Jack and Jill bathroom since that one will be shared by two or more people.

I must say, that while this is a nice home, it pretty much resembles most of the other homes that you have shown. I love ❤️ viewing various homes, and I must say, that this home hardly even comes close to being compared to any mansion indeed.
TONS of counter space and cabinets in that kitchen. Loved that extra long buffet side.

Chance, nice tour of a BEAUTIFUL home. This floor plan is excellent. Marvelous living room with great windows. Nice ceilings! Amazing kitchen! Just beautiful cabinets, countertops, and large window and pantry ~ PERFECT! I would cut off the two small bedrooms at the end and turn this into a two bedroom, two bath home.

Wife: So that's my closet...And you can get a dresser.
I'm amazed😍🤩 My dream home! Oh no, I'm not sharing the closet with my husband, no sir, my husband will say just your thoughts.😑😆 But for me, that's goals right there! All just for me😍 I will add a mudroom in the utility room instead of the extra cabinet that's in the side, sink and other storage is perfect. Also for extra luxury I will add a fireplace in the living room with built-in entertainment center for tv. And lastly microwave has to be anywhere else but on top of the stove I rather a stove hood, well I forgot the farm sink just my personal idea! But to be honest is a beautiful home as it is.

One thing the house is missing is more closets yes they have some big ones but there’s no back door closet or front hall closet and I didn’t see a linen closet it may look great but those would have to be updated
Linen closets were in the utility room, to the left as you come in.

Oh, the dog wash was a good one! He thought it was a kid wash or a place to wash your boots off, to be fair, it would work for either one! You could tell it had him stumped as to what it really was!
