Perfect guest room right off the entrance with bathroom. Love the black cabinetry. Would love it better if all the cabinetry thru out the house was soft close. I HATE the island color. The 2 back bedrooms are perfect in size for my girls. The master closet... the sounds u were making 😂😭🤣... The master is a great size. I love that there is room for seating. I ALWAYS need a place to sit to read or relax and sip my tea. Master bath is great as well.
Now I just need to run into a windfall of cash and a piece of land for it

I love the purple siding with white trim. From the outside this really does look like a house and not a modular home.
This reminds me when I was a kid I kept asking my parents if we could paint our house purple because there were no purple houses in the neighborhood.

I love this home but color is oooglly. Chance makes you want watch the videos, he has so much positive energy and funny as heck. He is a great seller even if he’s not selling the homes. I flip back and forth between him and Timothy Livingston. They give you best of both worlds energetic and s’adapte.

As a 31 yo woman I have to say I live the purple! It would look awesome surrounded by a garden with purple pink yellow and white flowers! It is such a cheerful looking home.

Love the purple. When giving directions to your home you can say “We’re the purple one!” Love the counter on the island. I wish the microwave wasn’t over the stove. Hopefully that’s an option. I want a vent over my stove. You need to take care and eat better. We don’t want you passing out on us. Don’t worry about how you pronounce things. Be you dude. I love your accent and enjoy the tours. We are in the dream phase right now but these really help us know what we can realistically look for and dreaming is free. Be blessed.
Why are the appliances so far apart that's an awful lot of walking for someone older or handicapped

This home is my favorite. I love the outside color and the bedroom and bathroom by the door. I take care of my Granny and this home is perfect for that

I love the color! It is beautiful. Such a change from the typical neutral color schemes most people choose. It would look cute on the ocean. A little beachfront cottage.

😍I really like how large all the showers in these homes are. AND also noticed the red and blue strip on the sink knobs that's like so cool because not all homes have that.

Hi Chance, just discovered your channel about a week ago. Manufactured homes have come a long way. LOVE the wood surface on the kitchen island and the guest suite off the living room. Also, the layout of the master bath. Typically there's alot of wasted space. Thoroughly enjoying your videos, keep them coming!

Love the color. It would look great on a wide open space like 2-5 acre lot. Landscaping would compliment the color. Love the kitchen island and utility room. Great house and layout.
My favorite color is lavender for the outside exterior of the house!
I like the houses that have the sink and the dishwasher in the island. I don’t need to look out a window when I’m doing dishes. I would rather be able to interact easier with other people while I’m cleaning up. :-)

The purple is actually very nice on that house. The thing about colors like that is if the character of the neighborhood is vibrant colors, then it is beautiful.

I love the purple. Purple's not even my favorite color, but I love it on this home. The kitchen needs a few tweaks, but I wouldn't change anything else.

This house is just gorgeous. The exterior color is fabulous and it really caught my attention. It is the whole reason I looked at the video. Then I saw the interior and I wanted to buy this home.
I LOVE that there is a window over the kitchen sink. I do not enjoy the newer kitchens with no windows.
I am living for the master shower. I have some mobility issues and it would be so simple to shower there.
The pantry in the kitchen is stellar. I have no pantry and I wish for one so much.
The utility room is awesome, too. Lot of space and a really nice utility sink.
. My only change in the home would be lighter cabinets for the kitchen. But that is all about personal preference.

Love that front room with restroom. Would make a great home office and you could really seperate the office from the home, just set in another door. As a massage therapist I could work out of my home but be at home. Or a day trader or any work from home job. Thanks for sharing this one Chance.

This was in my recommended and I clicked on it because of the purple! Couldn't resist seeing the inside either. I love when home exteriors are painted in bold or pastel colors and not the typical gray, white, or tan. The purple gives this home personality for sure!

Storage (including coat closets) seem to be lacking in these houses. I don't know what I'd do with Christmas decorations, etc.

Love this home. When I grow old I shall wear purple. Well I'm old now so I love the color. Not sure the neighbors would agree. Would you let the builders know the landrya area is good with all the storage but add in the freezer space and it would be perfect.

Love the color purple, one of my favorite color. I see the pantry is in the laundry room , but there's no linen closet. I would have them put a linen closet between the two sinks in the master and put some shelves in the water closet because there's no place to put toilet paper. Otherwise I love the home.

I love the layout of this home! The things I would change are: powder room at the front, turn the tub area into a linen closet. Make the bedroom at the front into the closet for the MB, turn the existing closet into a retreat area for the bedroom with a fireplace, put sliding barn type doors on the closet. Eliminate the bathtub in the MB bath, elongate the vanity to make the make up area bigger and put a linen closet in the bathroom and for the shower, make the entire outside wall glass. Also, make the outside of the house grey! Just my opinion. 😁 PS: I'm a burger girl! 👍

I really really like the idea of taking the tub out of the front bathroom and adding a linen closet. I would leave that front bedroom as my husbands office. I think I would make a couple of closets along the wall in the living room and make one a coat closet and the other a small pantry. This one was one of my favorite models, much better than many of the 2022 ones!

The first bathroom, I would remove the tub and put in either washer, dryer or closet space for linens and such. Love the entry door with the side panels. Living room gorgeous, black kitchen....don’t think so.....sit down counter is great. I like drawers in all my kitchen cabinets, easier to get at things. I am just stating a woman’s point of vue having lived and built and renovated several homes. Not crazy about the bath enclosure thingy either. Closet in master to die for. Bed does not look king size, master should be able to accommodate a king size bed. Just a thought from a lady.
Me too. It really could use more storage. I would also want more shelving and hanger space in the bedroom closets. There's plenty of room. I didn't think the master had a king sized bed either; however, that was a huge, heavy bed. The headboard, etc.took up a lot of room. A king would be possible I think.
