For me, I love this home. I'm single so I don't need a 3k Sq. foot home. If this sat on a basement, you would have room for storage and a 3rd bedroom with an open space to do what you want. I'd be having heated floor in basement.

You know what would make this house extra nice? If they had used real wood on the floor, backsplash and kitchen island. It just detracts from the overall beauty of the building. I do believe that I could find a better home under that price. Great information to have. Thank you.
I like the looks of this house from the outside. It looks like a 'real' home! I like that linen cupboard out side of the bathroom so if you are putting clean towels or sheets away you aren't bothering someone else in the bathroom. I would like more drawers in the kitchen but what they have is adequate for a smaller family or a single. I think I would rather have the 2 bedroom with a porch than 3 bedrooms with one so tiny you can't turn around in it. I like this house.

And, of course, it’s a double-wide, as well, with Lots of great storage spaces all throughout. And that estimated price also includes either a roomy front porch, or a Third bedroom.

As someone who is retiring soon I love seeing the 2 bed 2 bath homes. I am in the mountains in AZ, and will be looking for a small property to buy with a smaller home or vacant to put one on. Love the big ones you show but do not meet my needs...too much. I am exploring a lot of options from park models, tiny houses, shed to house etc. May find something with a structure already in place. Thank you for giving us such a variety of homes a lot of ideas and options to choose how big etc. I also like that some of the manufacturers have smaller floor plans. Don't know what is available in the western part of the country but have hope that there are many options available out here as well. You are awesome to watch. We would love to put one of these homes on our rural land here for the older grandchildren to use. Otherwise we plan to build a tiny home on our wooded property here.

The bathroom light fixtures are the Cheap one's and that would change but what I would want for the master bathroom door is a regular door or a pocket door, not the sliding barn door. The other thing is the thermostat needs to be mounted on the far side or end not almost in the middle of the wall so it doesn't impeed you from putting furniture and or decor on the big useable wall space.
I always wondered why they forced the refrigerator to project past the counters. There's nothing behind that wall. They could recess that cubby just a bit and no one will walk into the fridge. Otherwise it's a lovely little place.
Living in Michigan with Michigan seasons, I find that mobile homes ( trailers) are always a sweat box in the summer, and an icebox in the winter. Very poor to no insulation🫤
The only thing is the shelves in the closet are very cheap. I would put different shelves in. And of course the laundry room should be where the bedrooms are NOT in or by the kitchen!
how do you find lots that have multiple units to tour? my fiance and i would like to tour some units but cannot find any tourable lots like these in Illinois

It’s a nice sized home. Practical but not too tight either. My only issue is that the larger bedroom has a doorway or window on every wall. So the bed has to be shoved to one side of the room. Not ideal.
At these prices I can get a nice stick built home with a driveway and landscaping and a well and sewer I don’t have to put in myself. These homes are getting rediculous

I toured this model in Florida and it was very very nice. I would like to have an eyebrow window in the second bath but it was dam near perfect.
