This new triple wide house has a 2 master suites and even a media room as well! The manufacturer for this house is Palm Harbor Homes. The model for this home is the "Vintage Farmhouse II Flex." @@josephmcintyre752 I think the first clue should've been the "Ms" in front of my name. Also, I plan on taking baths, showers, and other things in the bathroom. I don't know about you, but I want to be comfortable in EVERY room in my house, especially if I'm paying for it. No crime in that...🤷♀️

This is perfect for an in-law, adult child, or roommate situation. I like the bits of separation in the main living areas. Nice plan!

The halls are so narrow. Other than that I like it.

Families are having to cohabitate with each other more than ever before! Especially adult children with their parents. Actually smart way to go for some people! So this house is perfect for multiple families living together!! Or just single roommates wanting a house instead of a apartment. Beautiful home!
The foor plan is perfect. I could see my large family gatherings working perfectly. Plenty of space for everyone.
As soon as I saw the kitchen was separate from the living & dining room, I wanted this house! I have been waiting for this!!! Who wants to see all the dirty pots & pans while eating Thanksgiving dinner?! Finalllllyyyyy!

You're correct I love that the kitchen has separation there's a few other things I would change but by far this mobile home has the best designs
Who leaves dirty pots and pans in the sink? Maybe in your house?
They used to call this the "Farmhouse Flex" floor plan.
All they did is change the outside look and rename it.
This layout is my number one favorite! I want this house SOOOOOO badly!!

Probably why the Floorplan mock up has "Vintage Farmhouse II Flex" as the name.

This is by far one of the best triple wide layouts I’ve seen. I love the house. Outside looks cheap, but inside is a nice surprise
I want the basset hound picture in the first bathroom!!!!! Love it. Looks almost like our furbaby!

Now that looks like a home! I love the way they positioned the wall to partially separate dining from living and kitchen; yet, it was open enough to see the other areas. Nice floor plan!
I’m obsessed with watching and this one was my favorite of all.
The interior was great! Beautiful staging! Only thing is the exterior, it looks cheap. Looks like they stuck a shed onto the front of the house, need to come up with a better first impression visual.
I agree. It is not a true triple wide.
I also was not thrilled with the T-111 plywood siding in the back, there were many observed gaps and that was a "show model" I would think that one would be as perfect as it could be. If I ever do purchase a home like this I will be going over everything with a fine toothed comb.
Only problem i have too. I dont like the outside look.

I love the black counter tops, all the black hardware. I think this is my favorite home so far.
This is one of the nicest homes you've ever shown. I love the layout of this one, and the choices you can make from the floor plan you showed, if you have slightly different needs. That entry hall is outstanding. It's the perfect place to change from outdoor shoes to indoor shoes for families who like to do that. That entry and the way the walls are arranged makes the home feel open, but not totally exposed the minute you walk through the front door. The layout is beautiful and interesting. Whoever designed this floor plan really did a great job!

Wow! First i was thinking this was too much house for me then I changed my mind and thought how perfect it was for us and our daughter! The colors are really nice throughout and the kitchen is a hit!!! Beautiful home!!

This house has everything! At first I thought well it doesn't have a rainforest shower head but alas, it has two!! Floorplan is perfect and unique. Best floorplan I have seen in a long time. Who really needs a sink in the utility room anyway? I don't use mine. A little overkill on the staging - but all-in-all an absolutely gorgeous home leaving nothing out. If one wants to spend this kind of money on a "mobile" home this one is well worth it. BEAUTIFUL!! IMPRESSIVE!!
FINALLY...BAM!!! THE BEST FLOORPLAN EVER. I USED TO LIVE IN AUSTIN AND ALWAYS LOVED PALM HARBOR. I WOULD CHANGE THE "BREAKFAST AREA AN INCORPORATE IT WITH THE UTILITY ROOM AND MAKE A BUTLER'S PANTRY/ UTILITY RM. I CAN EAT BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER AT THE SAME TABLE IT IS CALLED DINING😄😄😄😄😄❤❤❤❤

While I didn't buy this home from y'all I did buy it in Texas and it's the dual master suite model. I just want to say that I've been very happy with this home and I've had not a single complaint with the build. It held up through a few very strong storms this year and I would gladly buy this home again.
I love the floors, the flow, the pops of color and the separate dressing area in the bath. It feels very fancy!

Beautiful home. I’m not sure how other people feel but I prefer smooth surface in the big shower stalls. Much easier to clean rather than the tile; grout lines are terrible to keep clean. The kitchen is my favorite kitchen so far. I love the idea of 2 master suites for multi generations living in the same home; it’s nice that they are on opposite ends of the home. I love these videos. I always think about how I can alter the spaces. Tankless water heater, soaking tub without the surround, zero entry shower in the primary bedrooms for older or disabled folks. I appreciate your hard work

This home is spectacular. I especially liked the entrance way and the way the rooms were divided. It was open but yet you didn't feel like it was one big room. I also liked the media room. It's a place to keep all of the "fun stuff" and not having it cluttering up the living room.
I absolutely LOVE the fact that this Home unlike most, has a Foyer, which helps to block the outside Air from coming directly into your LR. A GREAT thing during those Icy Cold Winter Months! 😊
I love that it has two master suites I rented an Airbnb loft for my husband and myself along with my daughter and son in law since they drove us to my appointment at Duke university. It had two master bedrooms and open kitchen living and dining it was perfect. I wondered why they don’t build homes like that and then came across this video, it’s perfect
I really like this model - except for the microwave place. This home would work, especially with a garage attached so you could come in the back door. Price was within reason, which I'm sure would be more reasonable with a few minor changes.

Wow! I love the triple wide and the two master bedrooms. Floor plan is great and the open walls between the kitchen and dining room. I just wish I could find a mobile home like this here in Lancaster, California. What is the price for this one?

I've been waiting for this. I wasn't disappointed. Love the dining room. I can work with this floorplan. I would add a powder room and built ins on the master bedroom wall.
Great layout. Love the kitchen and dining spaces, lots of storage!! Love that the kitchen isn't all white. Cabinetry looks like a soft warm grey or putty, much preferred over cold and sterile stark white!! Nice utility room as well. I like the two master suite option, but there would be tubs in both of them! Media room is a great addition! Love this plan!
I had to come back and look again after seeing the double wide from this series of homes. Love both the double and the triple, this series has definitely hit most of my wants and needs boxes especially with remote working being such a huge part of life now! Thanks again for keeping us up on this model and series of homes!

This home has it all. 2 living spaces, 2 dining areas, 2 master bedrooms and 2 master baths. It's almost like 2 houses in one. I love it. If I had it. My daughter and her husband could live in part of it and I could live in the other and we wouldn't get in each other's way and there would still be room for guests to visit. I totally love this one. I have been following your channel for about a year now and I have to say that this is BY FAR my favorite. Don't get me wrong, I love some of the other ones, but this one has most of the amenities I am looking for: triple wide, 2 master suites, room near front, foyer, sep. dining area, e-i-k, island, pantry (even though I wish it were a bit larger) and 2 additional (decent) sized BRs. The things that I would add: 1/2 bath near entrance, closet near entrance, definitely the deep sink in (utiltee) room - even though it'd be cool to have space for a freezer too, tub in major MBR suite, larger (major) MBR closet. I keep coming back to this video. I really wish it was available in NC! Keep up the excellent work! Love to the family!
I so wish they made these homes in the UK. I'd buy one in a heartbeat! We've got nothing that compares!

I REALLY like following you because you do open some cabinets & especially when you show the complete room for utility/mud room, bedroom sizes, price of the home as is, at the end... could you please tell us viewers when you show a fireplace, when it’s electric or gas... if it heats up the room like a room heater or if it’s just for decoration.
Really nice layout! I would like to see built-in benches in those showers, though! If I spent the money to get a triple wide, I would also want a better pitch on that roof. But it might be an option - don’t know!

This home is phenomenal!!! I love this one, like for real, it is definitely my most favorite tour you've ever done! And I really love so much of the furniture they have used in this one, and those counter tops and the back splash behind the stove and also at the built-in hutch area is so pretty, in my opinion!
